  1. So in your download client, look for the uTP option in Settings or search for the manual of settings for the program you're using to find uTP
  2. You won't see a different IP address because you're only applying the VPN to YouTube so the rest of your device/anything else will be using your normal connection
  3. Sorry to hear you're having a problem - your explanation doesn't have many details which makes it hard for me to understand the issue, if I can't understand the issue I can't effectively provide suitable troubleshooting steps. Please provide more information about your issue and we can go from there. For example, where are you checking the ping, what about the Geo-Filter isn't working etc? If you're having issues all you need to do is make a topic for your issue and we can help.
  4. Just to double check you're on the .290 firmware is that right? Could you provide the logs from Settings > Troubleshooting when it next happens please?
  5. I've responded to you there
  6. No I mean you have to make a rule to add your device to the VPN - it's the right side of the VPN page, how have you done that? It doesn't apply the VPN to the router as a whole, you need to make a rule for a device to apply it to that device.
  7. It's likely that you may need to use PPPoE - you'll need to get those details from BT if applicable, then you can enter them in and get internet
  8. We don't send it to you, we give you access to the section which has it: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/
  9. I just replied to your email but you need to access the interface and complete the setup wizard before you can get internet
  10. That should be the opposite, did you factory reset after the firmware update?
  11. There are only two ways, using the option on the router to download it and install or the manual option by downloading the file from the first post and then uploading it to the router in the router settings. If you don't have the green icon bottom left of the interface then you'll need to do the manual option.
  12. It should work fine and yes it would mean the router is responsible for everything
  13. What do you see when trying to access? No not specifically, it assigns bandwidth on an as needed basis, you can adjust your priorities though so what you care about is taken care of first
  14. Please both of you try this firmware specifically to see if it resolves the issue: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/56332-r3-disconnections/?do=findComment&comment=424833
  15. That's great to hear, thanks for the update!
  16. I can't answer that without troubleshooting, if you disable the Geo-Filter do you get the same behavior?
  17. It is quite likely it went to your spam/junk folder. You should receive a tracking email once shipped but if not email [email protected] and we can provide it.
  18. Doesn't work in what sense? Can you expand on that please?
  19. Where are you downloading your content from?
  20. It's a staggered update so everyone will get it eventually - we do that to prevent the whole customer base having a major issue if something was wrong with the firmware.
  21. I meant enable, it may help, you may still get servers outside your radius but in the meantime it is likely the best option
  22. I've given you Early Access, please try this specific firmware for disconnects and let us know if it helps https://forum.netduma.com/topic/56332-r3-disconnections/?do=findComment&comment=424833
  23. No worries, the best bet is to have a look at our optimal settings guides here: https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/folders/16000090646 this will give you a good overview and has a section on speeds. Let us know if that doesn't help and we can go from there.
  24. Not specifically to do that no, that's what we'll have devs look at but it won't be a quick turnaround. The best bet is to enable Geo-Latency, it may work more often than not.
