  1. That is probably a serial number not a model number but you've said you're just using a cable? Can you provide a picture of the physical setup please? Okay so you are now getting internet through the router?
  2. Could you get the log when it happens please? Most likely if it's happening on that schedule your IP may be renewing then - how long do you leave it before rebooting - does it come back naturally?
  3. Is the Geo-Filter running if you check the desktop web view?
  4. If you look at the uptime on the router does that show that it has just been rebooted? I would be surprised if it is rebooting and wasn't just a disconnect/reconnect to the VPN
  5. Continue anyway and it should then load correctly What device did you use to access it?
  6. Did you reset after the update to .290? It is a big jump so would be good to do one then
  7. What is the R3 plugged into exactly when you're trying to use your PPPoE details? Are the PPPoE details definitely correct? We don't do remote support and you don't have internet to do that anyway.
  8. Hang up in what sense, unable to access the interface? Do you have a browser based Adblocker enabled?
  9. It's most likely the humax blocking it somehow, what operation mode is the humax in?
  10. For that reboot, close the interface, wait 4 minutes then access and you should get in. That URL loads the NG portion which is just settings, nothing from DumaOS. Adblockers can block the RPC that the router uses, preventing access and error messages etc.
  11. If you're not sure on ports then it's probably best to select activities/apps until you know what ports you'd like to block/allow. Port would be a singular port and range would be a range like 80-100
  12. Copy the contents of the OpenVPN configuration file they provide you and paste it into the config box in HybridVPN. Then enter your VPN credentials into the admin/password boxes and connect.
  13. What is the R3 plugged into exactly when you're trying to use your PPPoE details? Are the PPPoE details definitely correct?
  14. Usually on a sticker on the underside of it
  15. Ping Heatmap is just used to ping a list of servers, it doesn't necessarily show every active server, though we do our best to have everything listed. The Geo-Filter shows active connections so yes you can still connect to it if the server is available at that time.
  16. Okay no worries, that's one thing we can cross at least
  17. Thanks for the suggestion, I'll add it to the list for the team to take a look
  18. Thanks for the report, I'll get the team to add it - you'll still be able to connect to it via the Geo-Filter
  19. Thanks for that, based on the logs if you reserve the IP for the Xbox on the R3 then that should prevent it happening again
  20. Update to the latest firmware and then try again please: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/57039-new-r3-firmware-dumaos-40290/
  21. There is a cloud update in testing that will go out to all platforms soon which should help
  22. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
  23. I don't follow, what is this supposed to be showing?
  24. https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000177578-r3-firmware Glad you were able to get it sorted, thanks for the update
