  1. Are ALL devices connected to the router or do you still have some connected to the hub? Can you provide a screenshot of all the settings you've changed specifically?
  2. DMZ is fine you can leave it that way
  3. Disable the Geo-Filter before launching the game, does it appear open then?
  4. Where are you checking the NAT status? If you're not getting an open NAT with the exposed host it won't be set correctly or isn't working as it should. You could instead port forwarding all ports to the R3 - 1-65535 TCP/UDP to achieve a similar effect. PPPoE passthrough could work but you'd need to put the PPPoE details into the R3 and then reboot the R3. Nothing to do with the IPs.
  5. Some people don't get on with Steady Ping, if it's better without then disable it and continue just by forcing the closest servers instead
  6. The routing is really done to your ISP, in which case the only workaround you can employ is a VPN like you mentioned so Exitlag in theory should give you better routing to game servers in this scenario. Damage to cabling can effect the ping yes, it would really depend on what has happened.
  7. How you've set it up is fine, you won't notice any improvements really from switching this. You'd need to have the R3 connect direct to whatever the fritz is normally connected to (or set the fritz in bridge mode) then enter the PPPoE details in WAN Settings, then reboot the R3, wait 4 minutes and you should have internet
  8. It's likely blocking a server it uses for the downloads, check when you start the download for anything blocked outside your radius, if there is then add it to your allow list - you may need to do this a few times to get all the servers, shouldn't be an issue after that. If you provide the IDs for those servers as well then we can add them to the whitelist
  9. You'd need to check with your ISP if you require PPPoE or anything like that for a connection, the internet settings on the plusnet router may also show them. Otherwise you can just put the R3 WAN IP in the DMZ on the hub which will achieve the same effect as bridge essentially
  10. Have you setup Congestion Control? As that is the main feature to prevent devices causing each other to lag
  11. What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the XR? What are the speeds you pay for/receive? Have you entered those speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control? How is the PC connected, via ethernet or WiFi? Are you using the Geo-Filter?
  12. PPPoE is basically just you logging in to the internet so as long as either your ONT or the EE router, whatever has the capability to do so is handling it and you remove the PPPoE details from the XR then it will work fine. Just make sure to have all devices connected to the XR still.
  13. Remove the rule and add your device with the Games Console service instead, does it work then?
  14. I'll have to check with the team to see if they can force an upgrade through for you, to save time if you could make yourself accessible that'd be helpful: If your ISP modem/router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R2 (found in System Information) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. Disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN on the R2 and enable remote support in Settings. Then post back here from a device connected to the R2 when you've done that and we'll attempt to connect.
  15. Download the firmware to your phone, then try upgrading via the DumaOS app please
  16. Is this after a reboot? Are you accessing the interface via HTTPS rather than HTTP? Do you have a browser based Adblocker enabled, if so disable and try again please.
  17. I'm checking in with a dev with the log to see if they can determine the problem and will come back to you
  18. I'm checking in with the cloud person and will come back to you
  19. Can you provide a screenshot of your entire Geo-Filter page when this happens please?
  20. It'll be due to PPPoE which is an issue we are aware of. Have the upstream modem/router/ONT handle PPPoE instead if possible so the XR just does DHCP and it will work
  21. Good suggestion, I'll add it to the list!
  22. Reboot then try to upgrade to this version please: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ctjppykaasmorxp/DumaOS-R2-3.0.394.sig?dl=0
  23. What do you mean is it normal exactly? Updates can get pulled if they're deemd too unstable yes, working with another software/hardware partner also causes delays yes
  24. It's likely the router auto updated to the public version, go back to the beta, disable auto update on the firmware upgrade page and check again
