  1. Yes i did that, any other setting? I was looking for 20 ms to 30 ms. Changed all the settings as required. Im pretty much getting the same ping as before 49-50 ms (withoutthe R3)
  2. Yes CG - NAT because their modem has Double NAT i guess more security . But yes they removed it I did notice and I changed and put the proper download / upload speed Ok im working on Congestion control right now and applying the settings I just added my 2 consoles with SmartBOOST . we are gaming on a playstation 5
  3. The Model of the modem/ router the R3 is connected to is a Sagemcom Model F@ST3896 LLA. We deactivated the NAT type with the internet service provider because our home modem has Double NAT which can slow down traffic. Yes all the devices are connected to the R3 / we have all the devices (2 PS5 consoles via ethernet) We pay for 500 MB per Sec I dont think we put the speeds into the router. How do we do that ? No we have not set up congetstion control how do we do that Yes We did set up smart boost We just now disabled the Geo-Latency switch . We are in San Juan , Puerto Rico we have been checking the ping in-game as well as the NetDuma app when we click the server that we are playing on
  4. Thank you > I did make a new thread topic with reply. Thank you for your quick response
  5. Hello I recently purchased a NetDuma R3 gaming router and we just finished setting it up and we are experiencing higher lag/ latency than before. Normally i would have a 45-50 MS ping but after setting up the router and connecting to the nearest server/host it still gives me a very high ping even up to 120 MS. I play mostly Call Of Duty and Arc Raiders also competitive Overwatch . Once I downloaded the DumaOS app i set up the router using the basic steps than we enabled the "bridge feature" on our home Router once we did that we also have 1 Nat running on the home modem and 1 Nat on the R3 modem to help the speed and avoid traffic issues. But still are experiencing high latency. I live in Puerto Rico and i am connected via ethernet to my home internet. The geo filtering hasnt helped much either on top of i cant see ANY Call of duty servers under the Ping Heatmap option. I already cloud synched the modem like 10 times and still the same. I appreciate any help or any guide . Thank you again
  6. I just got the R3 modem and I am completely disappointed. It has made my ping worse IVE DONE EVERYTHING . Changed the server location and resynced the cloud and nothing. I dont know waht to do at this point. The modem has given me more lag on call of duty than before.
