  1. Glad to hear it's working for the moment, do keep us posted
  2. This should have been resolved via a cloud update, could you resync the cloud in Geo-Filter settings, restart the PC then check again please?
  3. Added, if it doesn't help make a new topic and we can assist
  4. No need to disable UPnP on your modem. Okay so QoS won't be working very well because you don't have ALL devices connected to it so every other device in your house can negatively effect your PC and it's not in a position to improve it. You should connect the WiFi booster via ethernet to the R3 instead, then it would work better, as it stands you're not prioritizing gaming over anything. This could explain your fluctuation in pings.
  5. Disable Geo-Latency and Ping Assist, restart your gaming device and try again. Keep in mind to combat VPNs CoD have implemented a ping limit so depending on the location you're trying to force that could also be a factor.
  6. Ultimately to give you the best connection possible when playing online. What are you lost with specifically? There are some guides here you can translate that may help: https://support.netduma.com/docs/dumaos-4/ There is translation on the router so once you've changed the interface language to French you can access the help for any page you're on by clicking top right of the screen > help
  7. The firmware you have downloaded is correct and is the latest firmware. Upload the .chk file on the firmware update page on the router
  8. Further improving the Oklahoma issue/incorrect servers
  9. I'll have to double check for the XR500 - this is an R3 topic - as I mentioned though we are incrementally rolling out another update so you may not have it yet
  10. I've added you but you'll have the same issue on that firmware - we are aware of it and it will be resolved. People say it's more stable on this firmware actually. The server provider can sometimes go down as well and don't have as many servers as other places.
  11. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? What are the speeds you pay for/receive? Have you entered those speeds into the router? Congestion Control is the 93% you set, do you know if that works for you or is it random? Setup SmartBOOST to prioritize gaming/your device What platform are you playing on and how is it connected, via ethernet or WiFi?
  12. They do follow similar patterns each year, for example around launch people usually complain of bad connection more then as less people play it gets better, then during the holiday period it ramps up again, then goes down again then when the next is announced it goes up again etc. So as you said it is possible you'll play on it again soon. There is no reason from the router perspective though that it wouldn't allow you on specific servers.
  13. Yes I believe so, we also have another being incrementally rolled out currently
  14. "Thank you for the response, unfortunately it never connects to Milan in Italy, the server pings have increased even though they are in the same conditions and locations.. strange from 25 to 45, but still quite stable at the moment." Italy seems to be one of those servers that don't always seem to be available - it's been the same for the last few games. I suspect they only become active during heavy populated periods such as peak time or during the weekend for example. Though with this CoD being one that has made them less money than previous iterations it may not get to that level. The ping increase could be due to the servers with time of year but how have you got Congestion Control and SmartBOOST set?
  15. Of course, added!
  16. Good to hear, thanks for the update!
  17. Re-add it then launch the game and watch the map (fully zoomed out), there will be a blocked icon when it tries to connect, click it then add it to your allow list. You may need to do the process a couple of times to get all the servers but then it'll be fine. If you could provide the IDs of the servers we can get them added to the whitelist.
  18. Does it happen still with the Geo-Filter disabled? If so, does it happen while directly connected to your modem?
  19. It may not always be available to connect to, try during peak times/at the weekend as it'll be more likely to be available then. I don't think there is a swiss server, I don't think they've ever had one in that location, if they do I've never seen anyone connect to it
  20. Good to hear, do keep us posted, they can add/remove servers frequently so the sooner we know they've done that the sooner we can resolve
  21. Check the zoomed out map specifically when it tries to get past the loading screen, it may only appear briefly. If you can't catch it, include it in your area then when it appears add it to the allow list. It's almost certainly going to be a server in Ireland or West Coast USA. Once it shows a server even if it can't ping you can see the ID, do the cover method if you can't get to that part before it disappears.
  22. It may well have changed, zoom out fully on the map, do you see anything blocked? If so add it to your allow list, it may take a few tries to get all the servers it may use. If you could then provide the IDs for them that would really help. Otherwise, have you added any servers to your deny list recently/prior to it happening?
  23. Good to hear, thanks for the update, glad you're having a good time!
  24. Thank you, I'll pass it on!
  25. No there won't be any conflicts if you re-enable it
