  1. If you disable the Geo-Filter does it work?
  2. The activation of the service is connected to your payment for the service, they handle the payments and services. We can provide assistance once you're able to use it but not really before. If you're referring to this line "If WiFi Optimiser isn't picking up your app, you can post on NETDUMA's support forum and ask to add your app. WiFi Enhancer is powered and supported by NETDUMA." they're referring to if Netflix or your work application isn't getting picked up by WiFi optimiser for example.
  3. Is there anyone else in your home who has the same iPhone/same iOS version you can test with to see if the app works on theirs?
  4. The R1 and the firmware version are very old at this point, any new issues would likely require a firmware fix which won't happen now. You could try with a guest WiFi network and also disabling QoS fully to see if that helps
  5. No need to make multiple topics, we've also told you it's due to using PPPoE but you want to continue using it which is fine but that means we can't advise anything else
  6. I believe we've told you before that it's due to PPPoE but you want to continue using it as you say the connection is better so there isn't anything we can advise
  7. Fair enough! I don't think Arc Raiders works with the Geo-Filter and given they're the same company it may not work with the Finals either, though I know you can select region on Arc Raiders
  8. You'd need to contact EE regarding this, it's not something we can enable/disable for you
  9. Could you uninstall the app, restart the phone, install the app - but don't open it, restart the phone then try again please?
  10. What iOS version are you currently on? Could you provide a video of what you're seeing? Also verify in settings it's on the correct app version
  11. Yes a MTU mismatch could cause it, glad to hear you found the cause
  12. If they're directly after the issue happens and before a reboot then yes. Do you get the same issue with the PC connected directly to the ONT?
  13. Make the issue happen and then grab the logs please. Also if you connect via ethernet to the ONT do you get the same issue?
  14. So if you connect via WiFi instead to the router rather than the hotspot does it work?
  15. Thank you, have you tried the following, if not please do so: Clear cache for Battle.net: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Qx6kSeH2Jg Uninstall then reinstall Battle.net You're using WiFi on the PC to the R3 right - have you split the WiFi bands, if so which are you connecting to 2.4GHz or 5GHz? If you haven't, split them then try each band to see if there is a difference. Are you able to test via ethernet to the router?
  16. I think setting QoS policies on the PC is more likely to confuse matters, I would revert that so we can know it's not affecting it whatsoever. Then what error specifically are you getting when going onto Battle.net/the game with Geo-Filter & SmartBOOST fully disabled?
  17. It's better to get a summary from you of what happened for example - you did this how? "Removed endpoint DSCP marking" Disable SmartBOOST fully from the menu, does it work then?
  18. Disabling DHCP prevents the router from dynamically providing IPs to devices - you should only ever disable DHCP if you have given devices static/reserved IPs either on the router or the device itself. It is likely that when the DHCP lease tried to renew that is when the issue became known. You do not need to disable DHCP for any performance gains.
  19. The longer the cable the more subject to interference it is but it's usually fine up to ~100 meters. However with such a long cable it is much harder to determine if there are any kinks or internal breaks for example
  20. Do you get the same issue on another device? Are you saying you changed the ethernet cable to a new one because you were having the issue?
  21. It is on the Geo-Filter as Arc Raiders / The Finals. I haven't tested it personally but give it a try!
  22. Have you rebooted the router since the new speeds? If not, reboot from the interface, close the interface, wait 4 minutes then access, do you get the issue again? Do you get the issue on other devices if you test with those?
  23. Do you get the issue connected to any of the other ports? Check your PC ethernet adapter is it set to auto negotiate? Either way set to 1Gbps and see if it is better then
  24. That's great, you can be assured then that you've done everything you can on your side. If you have to play those P2P games with specific opponents then there isn't anything else you can do
