  1. On the System Information page go to the Rapp panel, click the icon, change the retries to 5, then repeat the reboot process I mentioned
  2. Reboot the router from the interface, close the browser, wait 4 minutes then access and see if it loads please
  3. Good to hear, thanks for the update!
  4. Added Good to hear, did you do a factory reset after upgrading? If not it would be a good idea to do so and then check if that still occurs
  5. How have you set the box to ensure all traffic flows to the R1? E.g R1 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Have you entered those speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control? Do you require PPPoE/VLAN or DHCP identifiers for a connection?
  6. Any DPI update we make wouldn't affect Steady Pings success rate unfortunately. Are you actually able to filter currently?
  7. I'm not seeing this on my side, I think it's more to do with the fact that your map isn't rendering in properly. What device/web browser are you using to access? Do you have a browser based Adblocker enabled? Are you connecting to the interface via HTTPS?
  8. I noticed you've emailed us as well, I've replied to that and we can continue there
  9. Use 192.168.1.1/adv_index.htm or routerlogin.net/adv_index.htm and you should be able to upgrade from there. The firmware provided is a more up to date version of DumaOS so would be best to stay on this once on.
  10. You already have access https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/
  11. Most of the issues with PPPoE that we've had in the past have usually been with QoS on the upload side not working with it which has been resolved. The issue currently is that a small percentage of PPPoE users are experiencing disconnects, this is most likely due to the nature of the connection method (i.e. that it 'logs' in to the internet service and can have a timeout on it) but we will fix that.
  12. As above, sure there is a slight element of risk but look at any ISP modem/router and they'll all have UPnP enabled by default, any third party router will too so if there was a massive risk that wouldn't happen. As long as you're practicing safe network/web habits then you should be absolutely fine.
  13. A bit more white but not pure white for me, regardless I've passed it onto the team so they'll take a look when they can
  14. Do you still have devices connected to your 5G box? Where are you testing the speeds exactly?
  15. Okay do a factory reset first from the interface, wait 4 minutes then check your speed please, if its still low then do what I mentioned before please: Go to the Device Manager and switch to the table view (click top left of the Device Manager panel), then provide a screenshot of that page please
  16. It'll be much easier for me to help resolve the issue if you're on the firmware I mentioned
  17. If you're getting a strict NAT direct to the AP then that will need to be sorted first before you're able to get an Open NAT through the router. Just explain the issue you're having, don't mention the router, just say it's happening when your device is directly connected to the AP
  18. The expose option is what you want to use for the DMZ aspect I mentioned, that will resolve the double NAT. If you've been using PPPoE this whole time then it's likely the PPPoE issue we're aware of in which case that will need a fix. What's the NAS issue?
  19. It looks like you're using PPPoE again, are you not using the other method metioned before? That would be better to do - we're already aware of a PPPoE issue so if you're getting it without using that, that's what we need to diagnose
  20. They're getting the issue with & without PPPoE so it's not a PPPoE specific issue, we will fix the specific PPPoE issue
  21. No that's not needed, I think you may struggle to get an Open NAT - connect the PS5 direct to the AP, do you get an Open NAT on the game then?
  22. Sounds good, keep us posted!
  23. And is the ping stable at 8ms? That is an exceptionally good ping, 5ms is basically LAN so I can't see how you'd be experiencing lag at least from any cause on your side. What is actually happening when you try to connect via WiFi? What settings do you change after a factory reset exactly?
  24. It shouldn't always be needed and the above should do a good job at getting an open NAT anyway but its a good suggestion, I'll pass it on to the team!
