I'll get the team to update Ping Heatmap for The Finals, thanks for the report - it won't affect your connection quality or your ability to connect to servers. It's purely a tool to inform you of where the servers are approximately located and your estimated ping to them to give you an idea of where you might want to force servers. Geo-Latency is enabled, that's why you are sometimes getting games outside your radius, if you disable that it will exclusively use your radius/zone. I'd suggest you remove the 4 iterations of your device from the Geo-Filter and then on the Device Manager give your PC a PlayStation device type. Then re-add your PC to the Geo-Filter and it should add as a console. The benefits of doing this are two-fold: a) You don't have to deal with/enabling/disabling multiple added devices/services b) If any of the game services you have added are out of date then this method will always allow you to filter in the sense that it'll never become outdated - there may be times we need to retest though if they've changed something drastic but for the most part you can add and forget.

We won't always manage to get support for a game at launch, especially if it's not traditional 'AAA' titles or if we've not had many requests for it. They will look into it though not to worry!

NEW R3 FIRMWARE - DumaOS 4.0.540

You have access already: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/ Let us know how you get on with that version, don't reboot if unless absolutely neccessary and see if data tracks. Added -
If everything is hardwired then the wireless antenna wouldn't effect the wired speed. If you haven't changed any settings and only physical changes were made then it is very likely the ethernet cables. Swap out the cable connecting the R3 to your modem and check again. If it's still not working then grab a screenshot of the WAN & LAN Settings pages please

That's covered by "EA Games (EAFC, Battlefield)" and it should work then

No specific tutorial, there isn't too much need for one: Use a VPN provider that gives you OpenVPN or Wireguard configuration files Enter the contents of the file in HybridVPN Enter your VPN credentials in the relevant username/password boxes Add your device Connect

That's why you don't have any data, it's wiped on a reboot. Not traffic history no, does anything else appear to not load/function? If you get the message again and something isn't working (you don't need to reboot if it is) then I'd suggest upgrading to Early Access to see if it happens again. -

If you set the saturation to 100% does it appear more white/less green or the same or more green? How often is it dropping out? Does it reconnect itself, if so how long does it take? Have you split the WiFi bands so you connect to 2.4/5GHz individually or are they combined? You would be but we always try to be fair where possible, I don't think its at that stage just yet though.

It's working fine for me, have you disabled SmartBOOST or DPI in Settings? -
That server definitely shouldn't in that location, its West US/Canada area and from Cloudflare, it's possible it should be an auth server, when you actually connect to it do you get a game and if so is that game then within your radius? Definitely would be a good idea to upgrade and reset after to check. I'll pass that request along - it's the hope that after these major features are done that we can focus more on user requests.
-
I'm good thanks, hope you are too! I asked my GF and she said the same thing that it was looking a tad green so not just you, I'll pass that onto the team, hopefully it's an easy fix. I'll pass it along to the team and see when they might be able to do so

Netduma losing internet at arandom times
Netduma Fraser replied to gearsniper550's topic in Netduma R3 Support
If it's to do with the ethernet cable connecting the router to your modem then possibly, would be worth swapping it out for a new one just in case -
The Geo-Filter doesn't impact your location on Google Maps, that's nothing to do with the router at all. If Google Maps is showing your location incorrectly and you've verified you get the same behavior directly connected to your modem then it's down to the IP address from your internet provider and you'd need to contact them if you believe it's causing issues
