Warzone verdansk lobby games won’t load
Netduma Fraser replied to Kevin.pal's topic in Call of Duty Support
Hard to say, how restrictive are your Geo-Filter settings when searching? What time of the day/in what region/country? -
Great to hear that, thanks for the update!
-
We're aware of that, it's just spam in the logs and won't be causing any issues, we will sort it in an update
-
Are you using a modern browser as I've not seen these kinds of popups since Internet Explorer? The website definitely does have an encryption certitifcate but I would still be hesitant to proceed with confirming on those popups. Do you get this with every browser?
-
You can ignore the DMZ as you're in modem mode, what about everything else?
-
No, cover it with a polygon so it is allowed
-
Better internet in terms of higher speed doesn't necessarily guarantee a lower/more stable ping. How have you set the VM hub to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? Have you entered your new speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control? How have you setup SmartBOOST? What platform are you playing on and how is it connected, via ethernet or WiFi? How have you setup the Geo-Filter?
-
We've not specifically tested the game and with an MMO it's likely you can pick your own servers anyway, however QoS/SmartBOOST will work in the same ways regardless of what you play so ensure you've set those/prioritize your device
-
I think you may need to do a factory reset again - from the interface, as there is no other real way to force an aspect of the router to load again
-
To rule out the obvious, have you disabled SmartBOOST fully/DPI/BI at all?
-
I know OperaGX has a built in Adblocker, disable that and also make sure you're accessing via HTTP instead of HTTPS and try again please
-
No but it has been requested before so may come in the future
-
By recently do you mean you haven't used it for awhile and then upgraded? If so it may have been a big jump in firmware, did you do a factory reset after the upgrade? What browser/device are you using to access?

cant access xr500
Netduma Fraser replied to rjaaayyy's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
That's very bizarre, could you provide a screenshot of the WiFi page please? If you disable the Geo-Filter do you still get kicked? -
For eFootball switch to custom, cover Japan, then cover the servers you want to play on, restart the game and see if it works better then.
-
What game are you playing? Can you provide a screenshot of the entire page showing what you see when you get a game outside your radius please?

Netduma R2 Keeps Factory Resetting on its Own
Netduma Fraser replied to schmizzbeats's topic in Netduma R2 Support
Don't use the bookmark to access it, you may have inadvertently bookmarked the setup URL which could explain why you think it's resetting frequently. Use http://192.168.77.1 directly instead. What is the model of the modem/router the R2 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R2? E.g R2 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode In DHCP Settings on the router set static/reserved IP addresses for devices and also extend the DHCP lease time and see if that improves it. -
Reboot, wait 4 minutes then update and it should work then

Netduma R2 Keeps Factory Resetting on its Own
Netduma Fraser replied to schmizzbeats's topic in Netduma R2 Support
Are you running the speed test/ping optimizer tests when the connection disconnects? I can see the wizard was done but nothing to indicate it did a reset, have you bookmarked the interface is that how you're accessing it? -
Disable Geo-Latency and Ping Assist in the Geo-Filter menu then reboot the game and try again. If you make changes to the Geo-Filter on the game you will need to restart the game before matchmaking
-
Reboot the router from the interface, close the tab/interface, wait 4 minutes then try accessing again, does it load correctly then?
-
None of those files are the configuration file as far as I can tell, are you sure it can be used with the router and it's not just PC only?
-
No worries - just so you know, we'll always pin the latest Early Access version to the top of that sub forum
