Thank you, please try Early Access as future versions will be built from that version rather than this version if you see what I mean so we need to know if it's still an issue for you on that one
-
Good to hear, though we're not convinced it is at the moment so we're working on a cloud at the moment Impossible to say really BUT it leads into #3 as you're not forcing currently You'll need to disable Geo-Latency then you won't get any games outside your radius (except maybe Oklahoma unless its fixed for you)
-
I've responded to your email, we can continue there, we don't chat over Discord/phone for tech support
-
That can't be right, can you provide a screenshot of the Geo-Filter page when its enabled & disabled as you normally have it set please
-
Are you absolutely certain it isn't the other way around as it doesn't make any sense otherwise. With the Geo-Filter disabled it's not filtering the game traffic at all and with it enabled it would be. Do you have an Open NAT?

Duma R3 wont put out a gig tops out at 650
Netduma Fraser replied to khud's topic in Netduma R3 Support
What settings have you changed from their defaults on the R3? Say you did a factory reset, what settings would you change exactly? -
Just to clarify, with the Geo-Filter enabled you can connect to party chat, with it disabled you can't?
-
When you get the error look at the map zoomed out quickly, do you see anything blocked? If so add it to your allow list, can you get into the game then? You may need to allow a few times. A dev is looking at that Oklahoma server issue as it's more complex than we thought.
-
Could you be more specific, what pages exactly? Can you grab the logs when it happens? Do you get the same issue on the Early Access firmware?
-
What is hanging exactly? What are you seeing on the game when it happens?
-
The server used for the test is hardcoded into the router so you can imagine if that server is down or unavailable that it may cause issues so it won't always be possible to complete the test. It is normal for it to disconnect all the devices from the internet though, it's so nothing else effects the test. Follow this guide https://support.netduma.com/frequently-asked-questions/legacyfaqs/test-your-ping/ while downloading & start with 95% for Congestion Control (set to Always), check results, decrease by 10%, check, decrease by 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good & then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be improved. Download & Upload on Congestion Control don't have to be the same value & you may have a better experience with differing values. This will be a good alternative to what you're trying to do.

I will pass it onto the team, it's a good suggestion! -
XR1000V2 openvpn server issue
Netduma Fraser replied to neimos's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
There aren't really many troubleshooting steps for the VPN as the router provides the config itself and you can only choose a few options. This topic might help a bit more: https://community.netgear.com/discussions/en-home-nighthawk-pro-gaming-routers/xr1000-enabling-vpn-service-stops-internet--dns-from-working-/2469453 -
Duma R3 wont put out a gig tops out at 650
Netduma Fraser replied to khud's topic in Netduma R3 Support
It is capable of getting higher than that. When did this start, after changing settings, a physical setup change etc? -

You get the same speed results with 1000Mbps set on the router? On SmartBOOST go to the menu > Settings and actually disable it, then see what speeds you get on speedtest.net please -
Looks like it is then! Thanks for letting us know, it appears then that the latest public versions for XR1000 & XR500 are running the latest DumaOS versions

Geo-filter not working for Bo7
Netduma Fraser replied to Dave ov Aloon's topic in Call of Duty Support
Good to hear, thanks for the update! -
It would look the same but you'd need to check the System Information page to check the DumaOS version. They haven't made us aware if they have updated it to 3.3

Geo-filter not working for Bo7
Netduma Fraser replied to Dave ov Aloon's topic in Call of Duty Support
I don't see how that can be possible the router wouldn't keep the connection alive, especially through a reboot, perhaps they're using your IP to track it instead -
Spain Server Missing in FC26 Geo-Filter
Netduma Fraser replied to rash's topic in Netduma R3 Support
You won't necessarily see servers unless you're actively connecting to them, if you're covering Spain and forcing it so everything else is blocked can you connect to it? -
No that's a public version, I don't believe it has DumaOS 3.3 like the beta

Geo-filter not working for Bo7
Netduma Fraser replied to Dave ov Aloon's topic in Call of Duty Support
What do you mean it's taking too long to switch regions? If you restart the game the connections should be severed so they'll then take account of your new settings, otherwise you could restart the Xbox -

Can you provide a screenshot of Ping Optimizer > Advanced and the SmartBOOST page please? -
In some cases it can be that easy, that's why you'll often see day 1 support for major games, in this case it isn't as easy. Specifically regarding the Oklahoma server issue which is most of the problem, this needs a dev input to resolve and hence why its taking longer than usual.
