  1. Likely they're both mislocated on the map, if you provide their IDs and tell us where they're appearing we can move them if needed
  2. Just change the speeds manually for the moment, I believe the hardcoded server used for the test isn't currently working
  3. We don't give out any ETAs but it will take some time as it requires dev input but it may not even be possible. They're essentially a VPN that's why it works for them, different to a Geo-Filter.
  4. You can either delete the device from the Geo-Filter but you won't be able to see servers, or click on the device and toggle disable filtering which will allow you to see servers and ping but without filtering
  5. Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please.
  6. No worries, we'll work on that!
  7. Yes that is important, does it work then?
  8. Do you get it with the Geo-Filter disabled? XDefiant may not be able to be supported by the Geo-Filter.
  9. Aaccess here then re-enable QoS if it is disabled http://192.168.77.1/dumaweb/#smartqos you'll need this page to use QoS, you can go back to the main interface for all other features.
  10. Do you get the same issue with the Geo-Filter disabled? No way to do that, you'd have to disable when you're playing that game and then re-enable it when you play a different one.
  11. What firmware update are you on currently? What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g. XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
  12. Are you using PPPoE/VLAN/DHCP Identifiers or IPv6? The speed test I believe is because the hardcoded server used for it has changed - there is an upcoming beta update that should resolve this but I don't have a date for it.
  13. Everyone will have different experiences with firmware so keep that in mind but have a look through the topic for what people have reported and see if you want to proceed
  14. The allow/deny list isn't for favorites exactly, if you allow a server it means you can always connect to it regardless of your settings - it doesn't mean you'll only connect to it though. That one doesn't look like it was allowed however, use the simple radius instead and see if it stays within your radius then.
  15. You can find it here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/
  16. Have you tried the early access firmware to see if it works any better for you?
  17. That's weird so you can connect to that server but it's actively forcing you onto another one for games - I suspect they use it as a backup/overflow server then in times when the game population is high - what's the next nearest/lowest ping server to you and can you connect more reliably to that one?
  18. Thanks but can you please tell me what device that is happening on? Do other devices lose internet when this happens?
  19. What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and if applicable, how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g. XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode. Are ALL devices connected to the XR? For the interface, make sure you're not using a browser based Adblocker/whitelist/disable for the interface page. Ensure the browser/you aren't forcing a connection to the interface via HTTPS.
  20. There won't be any major updates or any further features added or changed, it will primarily be some bug fixes here or there, as with any update I don't have any ETAs. Could you provide a log when you next get that issue please?
  21. Yes it's a bug with accessing but generally features should be working. If you could record this happening using https://jam.dev that would be really helpful
  22. I've moved the location further north and reduced the radius by ~1000km but it still covers all the areas you wanted
  23. You said you're losing internet, which devices does this happen on?
