  1. No need, they are already aware and I will chase them on it as well.
  2. That is promising, perhaps the proper port information isn't passing through the APs properly, do continue to test and see if that helps
  3. Haha no problem at all and no such thing as a router dummy! It is possible we'll have some proper functionality for it in future so do keep an eye on what we're doing and see if it may be worth a repurchase for you in future.
  4. Yeah I think if it's really that stable it'll just be adding unnecessary ping for you - may be worth it if you force a further away server where the stability isn't as good
  5. It's been requested before but I couldn't say for sure if that would come in future or not. I suspect he thought you meant just connecting the two together - you have to bridge the internet connection like this: https://bestpclab.com/how-to-bridge-ps4-to-pc/
  6. This definitely seems like a NAT/Port issue. Are there any settings on the router that you've made specifically for either device? When did the issue first occur? Remove all the port forwarding rules, keep UPnP enabled, reserve IPs for both devices on the interface as above. Reboot the router, wait 4 minutes then try please. Are both devices connected directly to the router, either via ethernet or WiFi or are they going through a switch, extender etc?
  7. Okay interesting, glad it seems to be working currently, do keep us posted and meanwhile we'll still be looking into the issue.
  8. Could you try the latest version from Early Access and see if it works then please?
  9. I certainly am, I'm basically everywhere! Of course, not at all, I get your confusion as to why you would have expected the R3 USB port to have function considering the XR500 did. The XR range had DumaOS & NG software, there software was all in the settings and included the USB functionality so it was already there when DumaOS was put on it, we've not actually developed any USB functionality ourselves ever (yet). No worries at all, just follow the details in the email.
  10. In the Geo-Filter menu ( ) > Settings
  11. Steady Ping does add ping so that it can absorb spikes/jitter so you have 1 consistent ping to the server and allows you to be more in sync. If your fluctuations really are that low then try without it and see if you get a better experience. We explained it more in a video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IElhhEi70Pg
  12. Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Use Simple instead of Custom radius Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.
  13. It's only available for PC yes but technically it would then apply to the console because it's getting its internet from the PC - technically it should, of course in practice it may not. There are a couple other services like that such as WTFast, have a look around, maybe one has a trial
  14. Note taken - really hates factory resets! Are there any settings on the router that you've made specifically for either device? Did you have the issue before making the port forwarding rules for example?
  15. At least here in the UK VLAN isn't very common and if something is required it's usually PPPoE. From what we've seen generally it's either one or the other, we don't get it too often where both are used but I take your point. I will definitely let the team know so they can look into it. You're welcome!
  16. Obviously put your location/radius around the server you want first.
  17. Only PC I think but you'd need to double check, if it is you could technically bridge the connection so the PS gets the internet from the PC that way, maybe that would work
  18. There is a bit of weirdness in the logs but nothing directly connected to the issue, what firmware version are you on? If you haven't done a factory reset for awhile I think this may be a good time to do so.
  19. They could do something potentially but I don't think I've seen anyone successfully had them do it. Reason is that it's not a required change, if for example you were a professional gamer they *might* do something but only because it is vital to your business but even then I think you'd need to have a business internet account for them to really take it seriously. From what I've seen, those with particularly bad routing do have good success with something like ExitLag which is essentially a VPN but it just uses it to route you better to a gaming server.
  20. It could be that VLAN/PPPoE combo again, if you do what you did before to take that out of the equation do they increase? How is Congestion Control set currently? As you know then quite often issues are not universal and require troubleshooting and investigating to find the cause before an attempted fix can be made.
  21. I think that's a pure modem so you wouldn't be able to do it on that one, if you had another you could. I suspect if you reset it should be better after that.
  22. You don't need to change DHCP or firewall or anything like that, everything will be good to go as you've done the DMZ
  23. You don't need to uncheck all the options, just the log from the System Information would be good
  24. Fine as in you've tried different widths etc as that would make a big difference. How do you have your priorities set up, any internet rules, DMZ set, VPN etc?
  25. Can you provide the log when it happens please? Also could you take a picture of the specific error?
