  1. There is a more up to date firmware you can be on: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/56107-new-r3-firmware-40236/ but also: Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Use Simple instead of Custom radius Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.
  2. In Settings > Accessibility you've enabled the option to convert charts to tables, that's why it's appearing written out. Disable that and it'll go back to normal.
  3. Remove the device from the Geo then re-add it please and see if it appears again. If you have a browser based Adblocker, disable it/whitelist the interface and make sure you're connecting to the interface via HTTP rather than HTTPS.
  4. Great to hear that, thanks for the update!
  5. Ah, you're on Ping Heatmap I believe is that right? What router are you using?
  6. When adding a console that is how it will appear as it applies to the entire device. Reboot the console and then it should apply.
  7. .280? It's worth signing up here https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/ for Early Access and we can get you on that firmware to try
  8. It's still there in the first post, you have to be logged in to download
  9. I assume it's a pure modem i.e. it has no WiFi is that right? If so you can ignore that second part. The ping test on the router will be to the closest speed test server and will have a different ping to game/console servers - have you ever seen the ping on the console/game as low as 15?
  10. They are attempted access but it will be blocked, it's quite normal, people scan the internet for vulnerabilities all the time but as long as you have remote management disabled they can't access. If you've put the Xbox in the DMZ that will be why you're getting a lot of entries for it as it is open to the internet. You could remove it from the DMZ and switch NAT to Open in WAN Settings. You'll get an Open NAT and it should reduce those entries. As I said, I asked the team to add it back, so it's been added back.
  11. I'm not sure what you mean between the two 'modes', that is the only way that it pings. I think you might be referring to the Steady Ping line which isn't actually a live ping per se.
  12. The router doesn't have any functions to allow you to use a hard drive, it will provide it with power but that is it currently
  13. You can access it without internet so that won't be a problem. What is the URL you're using to access the router?
  14. What firmware version are you on? Disable IPv6 for LAN but leave it enabled on WAN and see if it works then
  15. It should be working yes
  16. What firmware version are you on? Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Use Simple instead of Custom radius Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.
  17. I've responded to your other topic, we can continue there, based on your order date the warranty has ended
  18. What web browser are you using to access? Are you trying to access it via HTTPS? Are you using a browser based Adblocker?
  19. No worries at all, take your time!
  20. We didn't have access in the recent test but there is another coming up that we'll try to get access to - we don't generally provide support for games during betas as it is always subject to change but once it releases we'll definitely get support for it.
  21. Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Use Simple instead of Custom radius Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and see if you can force Bahrain then or at least prevent yourself getting those US servers.
  22. There abouts yeah, yes please just when it's not working again but hopefully it'll be fine now!
  23. It should just work fine but I will mention to the team that this may need to be retested, thank you for the report. That is a good workaround and should work for other games if necessary.
  24. The cloud updates apply to all the routers in most cases, there is no discrimination. I will pass it on to get correctly located, the person responsible is away at the moment but they should be able to do it next week.
  25. It will filter but it won't be strict at all so you could get games outside your radius
