Refresh the page and then check if it's upgraded - if you were doing it over WiFi you likely reconnected to the old WiFi so will need to reconnect

NEW R3 FIRMWARE - DumaOS 4.0.290
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Jack B's topic in Netduma R3 Support
It really depends on why you're experiencing them but if you're not having any problems on the firmware you're on then don't fix it -
You can disable SmartBOOST from the settings on the SmartBOOST page. > Settings > Toggle Enabled

Help setup R3 does not detect internet isp
Netduma Fraser replied to Nelsitin's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Just to clarify, how do you have the R3 connected to an internet source exactly? Can you provide a picture? -
That would be a whitelisted server, could you provide the ID so we can check it please? Before that though, resync the cloud then check again.

All good and when adding a console to the Geo-Filter you don't get the option to select the game, it just applies to everything

Best sitting for bo6 for hit detection
Netduma Fraser replied to L7NALMARI's topic in Call of Duty Support
As above, everyone's connections are different, there isn't a one size fits all series of settings. We can provide the general suggestions that should work for most people but they are just a suggestion, tweaking from there is always advised. I will say adjusting MTU & DNS will not make a difference. UPnP/Port Forwarding as long as you have an open NAT you don't need to adjust them. I'd focus on the Geo-Filter, Congestion Control and SmartBOOST. Also keep in mind it's launch time, the game connection will be at it's worst right now with the amount of players, it happens every year. -

NEW XR700 BETA FIRMWARE: 3.3.363
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Lew's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
I will bump him again regarding this -
Glad to hear you got it sorted, thanks for the update!

The only thing to do in that scenario is add the higher ping servers to your deny list, restart the game and you won't connect to it again
-
I've never seen it do that as the point of the button is to force it to re-download the cloud. When the device is being used do you see it's usage on SmartBOOST/Network Activity?
-
Are you experiencing this every single time immediately after you tried each of those troubleshooting steps? Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, close the interface, wait 4 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please.

Passes all traffic through to the router and not other devices can use it to connect to the internet so you'd have to force them to use the router instead
-
Sorry to hear you're having a problem - your explanation doesn't have many details which makes it hard for me to advise. Please provide more information about your issue and we can go from there, e.g. what platform you're playing on, what game you're playing, how you have the Geo-Filter setup, Congestion Control, SmartBOOST etc.

GeoFilter Not Working
Netduma Fraser replied to alecjb12's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Did the Xbox add with the games console service? Check the IP on the console itself and check the IP of the device you think it is on the Device Manager, do they match? If you have connected it to wifi and ethernet at one point it may appear as two different devices on the router and so you may have added the wrong one to the Geo-Filter. -

Have you accessed the R3 interface and completed the setup wizard? You will need to do this before you get internet -

They forced an upgrade through, you may have noticed the router go down while that happened, hopefully when it's back online you'll be on the latest update -

It is likely a mislocated server, if you provide us the ID of the server we can put it in the correct location- 1 reply
