What do you see when you try to login? If it's not accepting the credentials you'll need to do a factory reset -

Do you know if you were connecting using HTTPS or HTTP? What do you see via the app when you can't login exactly? There will be something triggering it - for example if you put the PS5 in a standby state that would do it What do you see when you try to login? -
R3 loses ppoe connection every 24 hrs
Netduma Fraser replied to extremeborg's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Do provide the log when you can, might be worth setting a static WAN IP if your public IP stays the same, otherwise may be best to use the DMZ instead for the moment until we figure it out -
Basically the same thing, are you able to connect it via ethernet at all? Have you split the WiFi bands? If not do that and connect it to 2.4 or 5GHz then, set the reserved IP again (it may appear as a different device) then check again.

That is probably a serial number not a model number but you've said you're just using a cable? Can you provide a picture of the physical setup please? Okay so you are now getting internet through the router?

Could you get the log when it happens please? Most likely if it's happening on that schedule your IP may be renewing then - how long do you leave it before rebooting - does it come back naturally? -

HybridVPN on XR450 no longer loading
Netduma Fraser replied to dissonant's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
If you look at the uptime on the router does that show that it has just been rebooted? I would be surprised if it is rebooting and wasn't just a disconnect/reconnect to the VPN -

Did you reset after the update to .290? It is a big jump so would be good to do one then -
What is the R3 plugged into exactly when you're trying to use your PPPoE details? Are the PPPoE details definitely correct? We don't do remote support and you don't have internet to do that anyway.

Hang up in what sense, unable to access the interface? Do you have a browser based Adblocker enabled? -
NEW XR500 BETA FIRMWARE: 3.3.535
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Lew's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
For that reboot, close the interface, wait 4 minutes then access and you should get in. That URL loads the NG portion which is just settings, nothing from DumaOS. Adblockers can block the RPC that the router uses, preventing access and error messages etc. -
Difference between Port FOrwanding and Internet rules
Netduma Fraser replied to fae7787's topic in Netduma R3 Support
If you're not sure on ports then it's probably best to select activities/apps until you know what ports you'd like to block/allow. Port would be a singular port and range would be a range like 80-100 -

Copy the contents of the OpenVPN configuration file they provide you and paste it into the config box in HybridVPN. Then enter your VPN credentials into the admin/password boxes and connect. -

Cant see PerĂº servers in ea FC 25
Netduma Fraser replied to Ramoned92's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Ping Heatmap is just used to ping a list of servers, it doesn't necessarily show every active server, though we do our best to have everything listed. The Geo-Filter shows active connections so yes you can still connect to it if the server is available at that time. -
