  1. In networking terms all your stats are great and don't indicate that lag would be present. It's a common complaint about those games regardless of how good the ping is, it's all over the EA forums, try this: https://gamerant.com/ea-sports-fc-25-reduce-fix-lag/ when a solution is to reduce the graphics mode on a console that's not a good sign.
  2. I'm just trying to get the bottom of it, you say YouTube is using half your bandwidth but it's not using 500Mbps, you also said you didn't have streaming prioritized but in the screenshot you do, hence the confusion. Disable all the priorities other than gaming, add your gaming device as well as a device to SmartBOOST and then see if the same thing happens please. I appreciate where you're coming from but my job is to troubleshoot issues, if we'd just accepted customer diagnosis every time there is an issue we wouldn't get anywhere. If there is an inconsistency in the information or something I'm not understanding then I need clarity in order to proceed. The issues you've described are nothing abnormal as to indicate an underlying software issue, I just need to figure out the cause, the more information I have the better I can do that. If there is a bug then by the time I've determined that I'll have more information to pass onto the developers. If I didn't do this I'd pass it on to them and they'd pass straight back to me because I didn't cover anything.
  3. Unplug the router from power for 10 minutes, plug in, then wait 4 minutes then attempt it again please - are you trying to update via WiFi or ethernet?
  4. It's unlikely the router causing input delay at that low a ping, could you describe your gaming setup please? What are you playing, on what platform, what monitor/TV, controller/mouse/keyboard etc
  5. You said it's taking up half your bandwidth but it's using 10Mbps - you have your speeds set at 1000Mbps - which is correct? If you haven't set your speeds correctly this will be why you're having the issues, QoS can't work effectively without knowing your correct bandwidth.
  6. No need for a volunteer per se but we do try and give back as much as possible to those that help out! That's really great and refreshing to hear, I appreciate it!
  7. No way to do it via USB, factory reset then try again please and that should work
  8. Ah thanks, that's due to the recent wiki update, I'll correct them. You must be the only person who ever actually looks at that view of the forum other than me! Make sure to utilize Congestion Control/SmartBOOST, it's a good idea anyway to prevent issues in a house of multiple occupancy - 1 person downloading will cause issues for the rest, CC/SBOOST will prevent that happening.
  9. The speeds decreasing shouldn't itself cause many noticeable issues as long as Congestion Control/SmartBOOST is setup - how do you have these set? Could you provide some of the links that appear to be broken please? We have support.netduma.com which we've just recently upgraded that has documents and firmware on. The next firmware or two should be much improved in all those regards.
  10. Reboot the router, wait 4 minutes then try updating again please
  11. Okay that's really good, it is doing its job, what is it that makes your gameplay worse then exactly?
  12. Glad to hear you got it all sorted, just to let you know the XR1000 will receive 3.3 which will bring it in line with the other XR routers but it won't get DumaOS 4 or any real feature updates now
  13. Can you provide an uncropped screenshot of the SmartBOOST page when this type of behavior is happening please?
  14. What's the average ping you're seeing on the game/in the Geo-Filter? Is it a stable ping or does it fluctuate?
  15. Any luck doing the other points I mentioned?
  16. Exactly as above, I suspect that is what is happening, if it's actually rebooting then that would be something else entirely. I usually suggest 168 hours/10000 minutes so it makes it last a week instead. Also the DumaOS 4 beta is available in Early Access if you want to try that.
  17. As above or check the R2 support subforum they'll all be in there. If you're having disconnects though it'd be better to try the specific disconnect firmware: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/56332-r3-disconnections/page/14/#comment-424833
  18. If you can provide the screenshot I can better advise on why that specifically may be happening. There are guides available at support.netduma.com and there are also some videos over on YT that can help as well e.g. https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLCU0-ELvZkOoPSep37e5VmdNatkIWYNxU
  19. What web browser/device are you using to change the values? What values are you trying to set?
  20. We actually updated the Wiki overall but no that page is no longer available - there really isn't any point as we weren't keeping up with it, I think the last time I looked at it the last updated month was June.
  21. I've given you Early Access, please try the 4.0 version there and see if it continues. https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/
  22. Allowing/denying servers should be applying regardless of the rest of your Geo-Filter settings, it's definitely something we'll have to look into
  23. Just to be clear, that's the .290 firmware version? What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
