Sounds like you have everything setup quite well, what is the ping in game & on the Geo-Filter on average?

What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? What are the speeds you pay for/receive? Have you entered those speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control? How have you setup SmartBOOST? What game are you playing? What platform are you playing on and how is it connected, via ethernet or WiFi? How have you setup the Geo-Filter?

Sorry didn't see your last message. As above optimizer isn't 100% reliable at the moment. After changing Congestion Control percentages where are you then checking your download/upload ping?

They're all LAN ports, the WAN is actually the cable internet port above the power. So try one of the other 1Gbps LAN ports on your modem connected to only the WAN/Internet port on the R3 and then check wired to one of the R3 LAN ports to speedtest.net and see what you get please. Make sure you've also set the speeds manually on the R3 to what you expect/pay for first.

Can you provide a full page screenshot of what it gets stuck on specifically?

I would recommend Simple not expert as the ping doesn't vary that much. Experiment though and find what works best for you, there isn't one right answer.

When you load discord check for a blocked icon on the map then add it to the allow list, you may need to do it a few times for it to work but then you can use it and have discord work

You could do Gaming instead yes or device - selecting Call of Duty specifically will work until the service becomes out of date so doing the other two options means it will just prioritize regardless

Put Ping Assist to 0-0 and it will be disabled. The game will allow any servers up to that ping, it won't necessarily prioritize the lower pings so disable that so you just use the radius to search for your closest and therefore lowest ping servers.

Downgrade the firmware to: V1 - https://kb.netgear.com/000066233 V2 - https://kb.netgear.com/000065516 Factory reset, wait 4 minutes then see if it loads. If so disable auto upgrade on the firmware update page.

On the System Information page click the icon on the Rapps panel, change retries to 5, reboot the router from the interface, close the tab, wait 4 minutes then access and see if it loads

Where are you testing the speeds for the device? Try not using the 2.5Gbps port on the modem and use one of the other ports to connect the R3 to it

In most cases they're not actually broken but can appear to be. They're designed so that if knocked for example that it detaches rather than breaking. I would definitely suggest you put the WAN IP of the R2 found on the System Information page into the DMZ on your modem. Click on Device Manager, switch to table view then provide a screenshot please.

Devices will lose internet while the test is running, that is to be expected. Set Steady Ping to simple not expert and disable Ping Assist. Then restart the game and see if it works any better.
