Olá boa tarde, informação sobre o SmartBOOST.
Netduma Fraser replied to Rodolfo Lima's topic in Netduma R3 Support
You could have just Gaming prioritized or select your PS5 or both or do the game as well, its entirely up to you. It would be good to add the PS5 itself as a device as a fallback if normal detection isn't working -
R3 giving me a higher ping than basic ISP provided router
Netduma Fraser replied to Ryan19's topic in Netduma R3 Support
We're aware it's not 100% reliable at the moment so working to improve that, it should work if you come back later to it, otherwise just adjust Congestion Control manually. While we try to get support during a beta period we can't be sure of anything until it launches so we'll have to test it properly then and make any necessary changes -

Yes that's the correct file, download it then access the DumaOS app (so yes you need to be connected to the router), go to Settings > Troubleshooting and there is the upload firmware button -

Ah you're playing games on the phone itself? You can just download the file and then via the app in Settings upgrade the firmware and it will ask you where to get the file from on your phone -

The way it is added now will be better for playing and you won't need to switch games to filter. It won't always be able to ping that is normal. I've added you to Early Access, upgrade to the firmware there, it will bring the mobile app and router software more in line so it should be better https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/ -

I'm assuming you're on PC: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client It's actually better this way without selecting the game as it'll work more consistently, it's what I suggest to everyone using a PC. -

Good find, well done! 3074 is the primary port it would use and then if you had another device for example that you were using also it'd use 3075 for that, then 3076 and so on. Given it was open on BO3 it's likely BO7 was just looking to use 3075 outright for some reason rather than the default 3074, perhaps a bug or another reason for it, hard to say! -

Also as you're using PC but not Steam you may need to add the extra ports mentioned here for BO6 which almost certainly apply to the beta as well: https://support.activision.com/articles/ports-used-for-call-of-duty-games Reason I mentioned to check with another game is it's not uncommon for the beta NAT reading to not be correct as we've sometimes seen with previous betas -

Ah it's the source ports my bad, so what you had before would need to be used. I know you're using the BO7 beta to check the NAT type but do you see the same with a previous CoD game under the same circumstances? -
Is the Netduma R3 really the best router for me?
Netduma Fraser replied to Iced Soul's topic in Call of Duty Support
I can't see that photo but I'm assuming it's the one off the coast of Africa which is what I'm asking, is it that one every single time or are you getting others in other countries outside your radius? Well yes it would, you're using another service that is manipulating your internet traffic, you're literally creating an encrypted tunnel between you and the VPN server that the router can't read as well as affecting the routing to servers. Is that what you're using? -
Really if its stable and by that I mean it varies by a few ms then you might be fine without but best to just try with/without. You can enable/disable it while you're actually in that game to see what works best.

No worries! All port range and for each set the source as: Source Start 1 Source End 65535 Then for the 3 individual rules set: Destination Start 3074 Destination End 3074 Protocol TCP & UDP ---- Destination Start 27000 Destination End 27050 Protocol TCP & UDP ---- Destination Start 3478 Destination End 4380 Protocol UDP Let me know if that's not clear enough! -

If you're referring to the one in Ireland that is an authentication server required for online play and will not negatively impact your connection - it's not the game server, just the one with the controller symbol -

I would say change the source to 1 - 65535 for each as you don't actually know the source port so it's more correct/likely to work that way. Other than that spot on. -

I suspected so yes, you can use UPnP or port forwarding just not the DMZ. Is it just that server in the same location everytime or other servers in other locations outside your radius?
