  1. Thank you, I'll pass it on You have to enable the Geo-Filter before you have even launched the game client, if you have the game client active in the system tray then shut that down fully, wait 2 minutes, enable the Geo-Filter then launch the client and then the game. Do not change Geo-Filter settings while playing but if you do then then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC and it should work then.
  2. You can but of course with the VPN changes the game has made they're actively trying to prevent people from using them so that's probably why it didn't work correctly
  3. I'll leave them a message and get back to you tomorrow with an answer
  4. It's not anything on our side, the router downloads the latest cloud update and then uses that information, it's not an ever changing thing and you don't have a consistent connection to us that would cause issues should it be interrupted or if anything is changed. We'd also see a lot more reports of it if that was the case. If you force servers in a different area does it work as expected each time?
  5. Sorry for the late reply, thank you for the AI summary though it's not overly helpful, you do have a lot of HybridVPN entries - are you using HybridVPN or have you enabled it and rebooted the router, left it on for a long time etc?
  6. Congestion Control doesn't reserve bandwidth, it prevents devices from saturating your connection and causing lag, so it is definitely relevant to your situation here, if it was set correctly it wouldn't have been as bad - how is it set currently?
  7. The team will look into it, thank you
  8. You can stay like that, it would work for any game
  9. Unplug the router from power for 10 minutes, plug in, then wait 4 minutes then hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 4 minutes before accessing the interface and see if it loads please.
  10. You don't have to take it out completely but the PC would need to be connected to your ISP modem/router or another router capable of providing those speeds
  11. Please provide a screenshot of the Geo-Filter when you're actually in the game playing
  12. You can disable Geo-Latency to prevent the games outside your radius. I know, didn't think you were but I just want to check everything is as good as possible on your side. I've given you Early Access, see if it is any better on that version https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  13. That's exactly how it is supposed to work, it adds ping so it can absorb spikes/jitter. You didn't make the change to the console device type, please follow each step and try again.
  14. Potentially yes, always best to check!
  15. Did you check what the connection was like over a significant amount of time without enhancer active?
  16. No it's not being hacked don't worry. In LAN Settings, set the DHCP range to start at .50, then assign reserved IP addresses to devices between .2 & .49 so they're out of the DHCP range, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes and see if that stops those connection issues please
  17. They will be able to check it in a few hours so please don't restart
  18. Added you all, though the firmware has been temporarily removed
  19. Thanks for the request, it has been requested before so it's on the list, hopefully we'll get it added soon. Are you able to use the Geo-Filter to filter the game?
  20. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if you see the server on the map. Are you saying your ping is higher with Steady Ping and lower with it off? Resync the cloud on SmartBOOST and see if it prioritizes then.
  21. With the XR1000 in AP mode DumaOS is essentially disabled so it's unlikely upgrading to the beta version would resolve this for you (it's also been removed for the moment). When the WiFi goes slow have you checked to see whether the speeds are as expected directly connected to the R3?
  22. How have you set the V Hub to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? Have you entered your speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control? How have you setup SmartBOOST? Are you playing via ethernet or WiFi? How have you setup the Geo-Filter?
  23. Hello, welcome to the forum, it does not have a dynamic DNS function currently, it's not a highly requested feature, I can add it to our request list but I can't promise when/if it may be included.
