For the WiFi card: Right-click on the Network/WiFi Windows Network Icon on the PC on the bottom-right hand side of your screen Open Network and Sharing Center. Click Change Adapter Settings. Right-click your connection and go to Properties. Uncheck the box next to Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) to disable it. Then try accessing via WiFi please -
We're updating the CoD service next week with a cloud update, for now prioritize the device to effectively prioritize it.

I think you need to enter the DNS they give you like they mention in their console guides
-
Does it work with the VPN disabled & Geo-Filter disabled VPN disabled & Geo-Filter enabled VPN enabled & Geo-Filter disabled
-
Okay thanks, I'll come back to you
-
Do all activities for that device and check - the logs are fine there
-
HybridVPN
-
Click add device from the above screenshot
-
That's right yes, add a rule for the device itself and see if that works
-
If the speed fluctuates between 650 - 800 then enter 725 and that will be a good average, then don't change it and just experiment with the percentages that work best with that
-
Not that page, the main HybridVPN page
-
Can you provide a screenshot of the HybridVPN rule you've made to apply it to your device please? The game is actively trying to stop people using VPNs so if you're also trying to use the Geo-Filter at the same time it may not work
-
The team have asked: How many devices do you have connected? Are you using HVPN? If so, is it configured for a single device?
-
Okay then yes enter the speeds you get from those sites, that way SmartBOOST/QoS will be more accurate and give you better results
-
Thanks, I'm waiting to hear back on the logs, are you able to access via the phone app and enable remote support that way?
-
Don't test the speeds on the router, test them on speedtest.net, what do you get from there with QoS fully disabled?
-
Can you provide a screenshot of the HybridVPN rule you've made to apply it to your device please?
-
That's great to hear, thanks for the update!
