  1. Most likely Ping Assist or Geo-Latency are enabled, disable those and it will adhere to your radius
  2. Keep us posted, hopefully it's all stable from now on
  3. That's quite bizarre, set the XR to have a static/reserved IP on the modem so the IP doesn't change, double check the IP is the same in the DMZ then reboot the modem, wait 2 minutes then reboot the XR from the interface, wait 4 minutes then check the speeds again
  4. You'd purely be using it for the Geo-Filter in that configuration. You would have to have it connected to the Asus as you're using the passthrough mode, then put the R3 in the DMZ on the Asus to ensure an Open NAT when playing.
  5. I'd suggest testing with downloads while following: https://support.netduma.com/frequently-asked-questions/legacyfaqs/test-your-ping/ start with a high value for Congestion Control e.g 95%, test, decrease 10%, test, decrease 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good, then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be improved. Important to note that Download/Upload on Congestion Control don't have to be the same value & you may have a better experience with differing values. This is more of a real world test. Congestion Control can be found in Ping Optimizer > Advanced.
  6. We're aware of it but it's harmless spam so you can ignore it, won't be causing any issues
  7. You can connect it to your fritzbox, no need to buy a modem. We do update the cloud with new games yes
  8. No worries, if you do find out what the issue is I'd be interested to hear the cause!
  9. As in doesn't connect to the game or the internet? If the game then yes nothing to do with the router, it's something you'd need to contact them about. No the DNS wouldn't affect that
  10. Copy the WAN IP from the XR System Information page and put it in the DMZ on your modem and see if you get better speeds then please
  11. If the ports are okay and you have an Open NAT and that happens with the Geo-Filter disabled, I can't see a specific reason why the router would cause that with others
  12. Make sure the ISP modem is handling PPPoE and the XR isn't and then you should get better speeds through the XR and QoS will apply better also
  13. Thanks for clarifying. For WiFi please try this: Experiment with the widths to see what gives better results Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Set the antennae to this position _ | | _ eFootball uses relay servers most of the time which means we can't always block the servers it then connects you to. It's something we're having a look at but probably not an easy fix. Are ALL devices connected to the R3? What are the speeds you pay for/receive? Have you entered those speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control? How have you setup SmartBOOST?
  14. It will definitely work with the changes I mentioned above, it doesn't matter the version, they will all use the same version of the cloud which is the cause of the issue
  15. If you connect your device directly to the connection from the wall and bypass the router do you get the same issue?
  16. Good point above, it really would be ideal to check from the modem itself as well. The connection is quite stable generally so it could be QoS doing its job but I couldn't say for certain, they're likely seeing a fairly stable connection as well, I doubt they'd be too concerned with a few spikes over a ~10 minute period as really other than gaming it wouldn't be very noticeable for the average user
  17. Are you using PPPoE or VLAN by any chance?
  18. Okay that's fine, look up the ports for the game and make port forwarding rules for those ports, set a reserved IP for the PC in DHCP then restart the PC and try again please
  19. Download the last firmware from here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/50710-new-r2-firmware-33280/ Go to Settings > Troubleshooting and then upload firmware and do it there
  20. I don't think there will have been any progress but I will chase
