  1. You have Geo-Latency enabled, this needs to be disabled, you also have fast search on which needs to be disabled. Can you show how you've added the device as well please?
  2. Reset Bandwidth Allocation and test again - did you disable share excess? How have you setup Traffic Prioritization? Have you set the DMZ on the R2 to a device?
  3. Set the R2 WAN IP as static on the ZTE and put that in the ZTE DMZ also, then the static devices on the R2 and monitor it please
  4. Couple of things: Are you using HybridVPN? Have you got the router set to the correct time? Your public IP appeared to change - what is the model of the modem/router the R2 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R2? E.g R2 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Set devices on the R2 to use a static/reserved IP address and extend the DHCP lease time and see if it improves please
  5. What is the model of the modem/router the R2 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R2? E.g R2 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R2? Reset Bandwidth Allocation and test again How have you setup Traffic Prioritization? Have you set the DMZ on the R2 to a device?
  6. Okay thanks, I'll ask the team to see what they make of it
  7. What firmware are you on currently? Are you using HybridVPN at all? It looks like your public IP changed which may be the cause here. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
  8. I don't think the location of the VPN server or the VPN provider you use matters, I think they're concerned with people trying to force servers further away, getting a higher ping and trying to circumvent SBMM.
  9. Hard to say without seeing your settings and how you've added the device to the Geo-Filter but you do need to have enabled the Geo-Filter before you boot up the game and don't change Geo settings while on the game and then search immediately. If you make a change restart the game then it should work, otherwise the above can happen.
  10. The test you're using is an approximation, if you do the test when your network is quiet vs when it's busy you may well get different results, I wouldn't worry too much about getting perfect results 100% of the time. With Congestion Control active bufferbloat can't occur so as long as you've got generally good results I'd suggest sticking with that and see how it performs for you when gaming etc.
  11. Are you using PPPoE? If so we are aware of this issue and are working on it. If in the meantime you can have your ISP modem/router handle PPPoE instead that should prevent it happening.
  12. You've not set the correct bandwidth speeds that's probably why, set them to what you pay for/expect and try again
  13. I couldn't say, I don't know anything about the stability of your ping - if you notice your ping on the Geo-Filter/game fluctuates (i.e. it doesn't stay at 50) then I'd at least recommend giving it a try and see how it feels. Some people love it, others don't, find what works best for you and stick with that.
  14. Could you resync the cloud and then immediately grab the logs from the System Information page please?
  15. This is what we've been told/seen in testing but it doesn't necessarily mean the server will always be available to connect to. I've been told they're doing a big update today introducing crossplay and using proper dedicated servers so the servers may be changing, we will test and update if needed.
  16. I'm not sure I understand but Ping Optimizer just adjusts the Congestion Control percentages to limit your ping so you can achieve this by manually changing the percentages - you could use a bufferbloat test to see how well this is working and fine tune the percentages for example
  17. The search ping is just saying it's looking for games up to that ping value so you can get games below that ping. They are starting to counter act VPNs now so it is possible that part of their method to do that is by limiting pings over a certain value. If it works then stops working there isn't really anything the Geo-Filter/we can do about it, the game knows what you can/can't connect to in that moment and is choosing not to allow you into a game.
  18. How many servers do you have in your radius and how far away is the server from you that you're trying to force? What is the ping where it seems to stop searching?
  19. It doesn't allow a less jittery server, it applies extra ping to give you a constant steady ping that would absorb any of the spikes/jitter you'd normally receive - it will show stabilized on the ping window when this happens
  20. What is the VPN location you're using and the Geo-Filter location?
  21. Is the main SmartBOOST page showing priority traffic? Were you doing any gaming when this screenshot was taken?
  22. That's great to hear, thanks for the update!
  23. Please resync the cloud from the Ping Heatmap menu and then the servers should ping correctly
  24. Could you provide the full logs please when it happens, I appreciate you providing the snippets you think are relevant but the full logs would be much more helpful
  25. The ID/server has been whitelisted - when this appears are you able to get games that aren't that server or does it just put you on this server with no other servers shown?
