  1. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that up to ensure unimpeded access to the internet for the R3? Given the amount of people around you it's very likely you'll need to use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that
  2. What do you see when you try to access?
  3. Added, it has been temporarily removed XR700 is available here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51612-new-xr700-beta-firmware-33363/
  4. It wouldn't be a malicious attack no. A small amount would be normal yes, communicating with the cloud for example
  5. All looks fine there, can you provide a screenshot of Ping Optimizer > Advanced please?
  6. At those percentages it isn't doing anything so change Congestion Control manually to 70% each. You may want to expand your radius to cover a few more servers. Disable Ping Assist and disable Geo-Latency if it is enabled (it's in the same menu as Ping Assist). You could do that instead yes but check NAT/Gaming and Firewall Advanced first to see if you can find the DMZ option.
  7. Very hard to say from the information, it could be from a device instead and just showing as the router. Were you aware of any devices uploading at the time?
  8. Could you provide a screenshot of the WAN & LAN Settings pages please?
  9. Okay so all good now? In theory it should yes as it should detect that you're playing a game, do you see it triggering Unknown (Gaming) when playing? You can't specify texture streaming priority but it should prioritize the game overall
  10. Is this specifically when in a game or on the dashboard or any time? Does it say that LAN cable disconnected message when it happens? Do you get the same issue if you connect it via WiFi?
  11. Use the address from above (192.168.1.1/adv_index.htm) to re-upload the firmware again and let it go through the process, close the tab wait 4 minutes then access and see if it loads correctly please
  12. Great to hear that, thanks for the update. You're very welcome!
  13. You should use a local website ideally e.g. a news site. Using something like Google is all well and good if you have a good stable connection to it initially
  14. Yes that's correct, in that case hold the reset button in the back of the router for 30 seconds, release, wait 4 minutes then access and go through the wizard
  15. Great to hear, thanks for the contribution!
  16. Right click the page, then go to Inspect (Element), on the window that appears click on the Network tab. Then click the checkbox to disable cache. Then click and hold the browser refresh button, and click Empty Cache and Hard Reload (just click the button normally if this doesn't appear). Then see if it loads correctly please.
  17. What is the specific device that is disconnecting? How often is it happening? How long does the disconnect last for - does it reconnect itself or do you have to reboot to restore?
  18. The cloud was updated which seems to have largely resolved it, are you still having the same issue?
  19. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.
  20. I can't say for certain if that is it/the reason you don't have it but makes sense based on what is having currently and yes I would expect it would re-enable automatically when ready. I will send this over to mannrs though to double check
  21. Yeah ideally. No worries, in terms of settings/what you've mentioned so far everything is as I would expect to give you the highest speeds so there isn't really much else I can suggest at the moment but I will have a think
