  1. Could be a few instances in there that caused it, what time did it happen approximately? Then I can more accurately determine the cause from the logs
  2. We'll be trying another thing with the cloud shortly which should resolve it but please do let us know
  3. I'll respond in the topic you made
  4. Do you still have devices connected to it via ethernet? Is it worse if you play direct from the fritz as well?
  5. We don't get the server list directly from any game developers/companies so it's always purely based on our testing/findings. So at the time this would have been what we found, it's also possible the servers that appeared to be there on the Geo-Filter map were actually mislocated and should be some where else. Heatmap says your ping is roughly 70ms to those servers, is 70ms an accurate ping for you to SA? If on the game you leave the server selection on Auto do you get a game with around 70ms or higher?
  6. As in you can't use the Geo-Filter and the VPN for every game? If so do you still see icons on the map that entire time, the game just doesn't let you into a match?
  7. That's really great to hear, thanks a lot for the update!
  8. Added https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  9. When it happens again and it does load up again please grab the logs from the System Information page. When did it start to happen approximately?
  10. Disable Adblocker on the router, does that resolve it?
  11. Could you provide the entire VPN log please?
  12. Glad to hear it's working now, I'll close the topic - thanks for providing an update!
  13. You're not able to set a polygon unless it's a shape, if it's just a line it won't let you so I agree it shouldn't be a problem and I don't know how you've managed to make it happen, if you have any ideas let us know how to reproduce it and we can sort it
  14. Based on how you have your Geo-Filter set, you're on the custom mode but haven't drawn any areas to have allowed servers so you're essentially not filtering currently, filter and then it should work.
  15. I think it's become outdated again, I have let the team know
  16. That's unlikely, should be something we can fix via the cloud but we're taking a look
  17. You'll need to connect the phone to the factory WiFi details for your specific router (I don't know what it is - it's specific to each person), then use the DumaOS app to login to the interface - default login credentials are admin / password
  18. Zoom in all the way, then click the pen icon then try to click the line and the option to delete should appear
  19. Okay that's almost certainly why you can't lower the bufferbloat very well as the R3 isn't able to control the vast majority of the network, anything above it will pull bandwidth and priority away. For the ideal setup ALL devices should be connected to the R3
  20. Your PC is connected to the R3 but are all devices in your home connected to the R3 or is everything other than your PC connected to the fritz?
  21. You can access via your phone
  22. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? What are the speeds you pay for/receive? Have you entered those speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control? How have you setup SmartBOOST? What game are you playing? Where are you testing bufferbloat? We're aware Ping Optimizer/Speed Test isn't 100% reliable currently and looking into it, in the meantime change it manually to achieve the same effects.
  23. Do this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client
  24. Yes in Speedtest > Advanced Okay great so was it just the WiFi then that has the lower speeds? If so adjust the channels/widths manually to see if it can be improved
