  1. Check the IP on the device itself, then check the IP on the Device Manager for the device you think it is, do they match? Have you applied a VPN to the device? Could you provide a screenshot of the Geo-Filter page otherwise please?
  2. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? What is your gameplay experience like if you connect direct to the modem?
  3. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.
  4. Using ping assist to lock your servers could result in the opposite. If you want to force a specific area have the location there with the radius only covering that area and ping assist on 0. Reboot the console then try again
  5. Keep the password the default and then change it in settings rather than in the wizard. Reboot the router from the interface, wait 4 minutes then access and see if you can get in
  6. Copy the WAN IP from the R3 into the livebox DMZ function. You said there were thousands of people there so surely there are lots of wifi networks showing?
  7. What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the XR? Is it the XR1000 you have? What firmware version are you on? Is it symmetrical 1Gbps you get? Have you entered those speeds into the router? What speeds are you getting currently via ethernet? Where are you testing the speeds? How have you setup Congestion Control? The more information you provide the better we can help
  8. Use the radius option instead of the polygon, does it work better then?
  9. That all looks fine, are you directly connected via ethernet or going through a switch/extender for example?
  10. Good to hear, okay that's fine as it's technically correct, as long as it shows as gaming when you're actually playing
  11. That's not router traffic so it shouldn't be showing up like that which is why it should be removed as it won't be working/reporting correctly
  12. Have you enabled Ping Assist or did you enable the Geo-Filter after you were already on the game?
  13. It timed out, you may have selected a server that is too far away, try a closer server, if that doesn't work please provide the config you're using
  14. Okay re-plug in and ensure both ends firmly click in place and try again. I have heard that the PS5 ethernet port isn't as snug as it should be, make it wobble, is it looser than it should be?

  16. We don't give out any details about future updates or products and I suspect Telstra would be the same regarding any products until they were ready to announce them
  17. Does the web interface actually have an option to show the router traffic? If it doesn't then I suspect this is an issue between a feature that is available on DumaOS 4 but not on DumaOS 3 and so will report incorrectly as the router doesn't support it
  18. Almost certainly will be a different device - what does the network monitor say on the web interface?

  20. I understand you're connected via ethernet but if you could connect via WiFi and see if the same issue happens please Also try with a different/new ethernet cable
  21. It is case/space sensitive so make sure there aren't any spaces/its all lowercase. Download the DumaOS app on your phone, are you able to login that way?
  22. I believe they made changes quite some time ago using relay servers that prevents the Geo-Filter from being used properly, it can work but likely not reliably any more unfortunately
