  2. Fantastic, well done on finding the cause. We'll do the fix as soon as we can. @Netduma Admin
  3. The port to be opened is 7777. Make sure you haven't forwarded this port to any device. Also looks like you're on IPv6, will need to PM Netduma Admin with your public IPv4 address.
  4. We will post back here when we have sent the fix so you can upgrade manually
  5. Ahh in that case please see if you receive an email tomorrow
  6. You should have gotten an email please check your spam/junk folders
  7. Great thank you, not sure when we'll next be able to check as quite a few things going on at the moment but will check as soon as we can!
  8. We could not access your router. Please ensure the R1 WAN IP is in the DMZ of your ISP hub, UPnP & Port forwarding is disabled on your ISP hub and that remote access is ticked on the R1 in settings > miscellaneous.
  9. You're good to go. Please do not reboot before upgrading.
  10. Would be best if you could call the ISP and see if they will allow that port, otherwise the alternative could potentially brick the router.
  11. We can check this on Monday and will let you know

  16. C'est un peu haut et en bas mais en général ça va. Votre ping est également très faible, donc cela ne devrait pas vous causer beaucoup de problèmes. It's a bit up and down but generally it is okay. Your ping is also very low so It shouldn't think this would cause you many issues at all.
  17. Hi JT, all you need to be focusing on is the graph. You're not having any packet loss and the ping looks very stable!
  18. It doesn't look like you were trying to saturate the network in these tests. If you don't then they'll look very similar as the network is idle
  19. Hi all, I have removed the last page or so of posts. We want to keep it civil here. I've also added [Opinions] to the topic title. Everyone looking for a new modem should also conduct their own research when making a decision. You should be certain of your decision before making a financial comittment. Also added this line to the original post.
  20. Zennon's link works on my Mac.
  21. Great thanks a lot Zennon, this will be really helpful!
  22. Yep certainly looks that way. Disable proxy/vpn then try again.
  23. Can we all behave like adults please? This is a support forum to help people. Under my post I don't want anymore high school behaviour otherwise the ban hammer is going to make an appearance. If your post isn't about a modem I don't want to see it here.
  24. That's very nice of you, please do if they need further assistance
