  1. Could you disable the VPN and see if you're able to get games more easily please?
  2. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.
  3. Are you playing Warzone? If so can you try rebirth, do you get a game faster with those settings? Fast search should be unticked to keep the servers within your parameters. Could you show a screenshot of how the device has been added to the Geo-Filter?
  4. Don't do the 30-30-30 reset as that can damage the router, it's also very unlikely a moderate NAT is causing the issue. Clear the browser cache/cookies and see if that allows access. If it does please provide a screenshot of the Geo-Filter page.
  5. You have Ping Assist set to 45ms so that will allow other servers, set that to 0 and try again
  6. If you could do a screenshot we can double check everything. You can use Ping Heatmap to influence your Geo-Filter settings, it's what a lot of people do. You don't need to synchronize every time.
  7. In realtà non esiste un server in India, consiglierei di utilizzare Ping Heatmap per trovare dove si trovano i server e quindi scegliere una posizione in base a quella e potresti avere più fortuna
  8. You don't need to untick all the options, in fact Strict Mode should be enabled, with it disabled that would explain why you're finding more servers outside your radius
  9. No need to deselect that. As above NAT Type 2 is open, also if you're going to use a VPN you may have NAT issues, it's very unlikely to be Open then
  10. We are on it, it requires a firmware fix unfortunately!
  11. Riavvia il PC dopo averlo aggiunto e poi vedi, l'IP può essere memorizzato nella cache
  12. Prova ad aggiungerlo con NON VPN questi servizi, non aggiungere regole e vedi se funziona
  13. Can you provide a screenshot of how you have added the device please?
  14. Great to hear that! We don't generally recommend that form of Geo-Filtering, use Ping Heatmap and identify where the lowest ping servers are, then use Polygon mode to draw areas around those locations and set Ping Assist to 0, that should force those servers - make sure you do this before you've booted the game.
  15. How have you added the device to the VPN exactly?
  16. That version doesn't have a fix for PPPoE and QoS, the next version which has more of our changes should allow that to work correctly. The modem you have looks like a pure modem so you won't be able to have that handle PPPoE, do you have another router you could use to handle it instead of the XR?
  17. If they think WireShark is cheating then I'd say it's probably best you don't try and use another program for this purpose. You could get a hub (sort of like a switch), connect the PC to that and another PC to the hub and run WireShark on that PC and it will be able to capture the gaming PC traffic. There is some interesting things in this topic as well: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39076-a-claim-is-made-that-reverse-boosting-fixes-hit-rego-lag-comp-etc-in-cod/ especially the last post
  18. Would expect to see higher than that generally, depends what you're doing, are you seeing any issues along side this?
  22. I'm not sure what guide you're following but the point of TFTP is to install the new firmware before it has booted up, once the light turns white it has booted and therefore will not install the firmware correctly. Use this guide: https://kb.netgear.com/000059634/How-do-I-upload-firmware-to-my-NETGEAR-router-using-TFTP-from-the-Microsoft-Windows-Command-Prompt?article=000059634 and try again
  23. Thanks for letting us know, I've passed it onto the team so they can review the logs.
  24. If the router is dead it wouldn't be able to give you an IP properly, I believe you're supposed to issue the TFTP command before that happens - did you give your PC a static IP as detailed in the original TFTP guide you followed? If not that is why it is not able to send and work properly.
  25. The only other thing I could advise would be to unplug the router from power for 24 hours, that can sometimes bring it back to life, if that doesn't work then it sounds like it may be bricked then unfortunately, you can try contacting Netgear support to see if they have any other troubleshooting methods.
