  1. The X axis is the bottom data shown, so i.e. on this one how much bandwidth was actually being used. I expect not much data was actually being used given the console doesn't use much and the other device was within its allocation
  2. Can you provide a full screenshot of the QoS page please and also how much bandwidth was actually being used shown on the X axis?
  3. What is the model of the modem/router the R2 is connected to? Are you checking in game/in the console network settings? What does the NAT Type say in console network settings?
  4. Gaming barely uses any bandwidth so that amount of allocation isn't needed as it won't be used. The reason it is happening is because you have share excess enabled which allows other devices that need more bandwidth to take it from devices that don't need it.
  5. Remove the port forwarding rule, that isn't needed, then disable the manual Traffic Prio rule you made, DumaOS Classified Games will cover it, then see if it is any better
  6. I wouldn't have thought either of those options would affect that but could you remove the port forwarding rules as they're not needed and see if it happens again please?
  7. ¿Podría proporcionar una captura de pantalla de la página Geo-Filter que muestra cómo obtiene uno de estos juegos con la ventana de ping abierta, por favor?
  8. Sorry to hear you're having this issue, did you do a factory reset after the upgrade? If not I would recommend doing that first. What web browser is that you're using? Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please.
  9. Can you provide a screenshot of the QoS page please? Are ALL devices connected to the R2?
  10. When you turn IPv6 are you turning it off on the LAN & WAN? As I can see it's off for LAN but not WAN, if you're not then that could be the problem. It can be off and will use the default value. Can you disable IPv6 on LAN & WAN then see if it gets a connection please?
  11. I think you may be referring to Bandwidth Allocation which is the central feature on the QoS page and Traffic Prioritization you just add rules. For Traffic Prio if the console is connected wired select normal and use the Apply to WAN option as well. What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to? Are ALL devices connected to the XR?
  12. Traffic Prioritization shouldn't affect how the Geo-Filter works, how did you add the PC to it exactly? Using the Geo-Filter shouldn't cause that, it just blocks/allows servers so as long as you're playing on an allowed server it should be fine, when you have the desync look at the Geo-Filter Map zoomed out, is there anything appearing as blocked?
  13. Did you lose internet as well or did it just kick you back to the lobby? If the internet stayed up then it's possible the server host changed half way through to a server outside your Geo-Filter radius and therefore you blocked it.
  14. If you're in cascading mode on the fritz then it shouldn't be needed so yes try it without
  15. Ah I see, use it in cascade mode then, you will get a better experience without the R2 handling PPPoE currently. If you're connecting behind the fritz you shouldn't really need to use the MAC anymore now you've got full speeds in cascade so I'd suggest leaving it like that and you should be good
  16. Ah that's disappointing, we'll check in with the devs to see how they're doing on the issue and check the logs to see if there is any more useful info.
  17. They could be using a VPN or the router or some other method - it is very unlikely the game is connecting them to the server naturally unless they live somewhere very remote where that is the closest server
  18. Unfortunately you're not able to control who joins the servers just the server you connect to
  19. Generally I would say yes and you may not need the VPN, however the further away you are the more difficult it may be as your ping may reach a limit that the game may have.
  20. Could you set manual DNS in the router WAN Settings and then restart the console and see if it works with IPv6 off please?
  21. I do like the idea but I do have a few thoughts, we have in our minds what we recommend but that doesn't work for everyone, every household/connection is different and as such we suggest people experiment to find what works for them. Also we have made specific instructions in the past for particular posts but people post how they want to, not how we would like them to haha. That's part of the reason we haven't made a template for support posts because we tried it and it didn't work out.
  22. That is expected, OpenVPN is a slower protocol, combined with the router hardware does slow it down. That's why we created HybridVPN so you could apply it to a specific application/service on the device and everything else on that device can go through your normal connection and get full speeds. Although you have to apply to the console as a whole if you want to put it behind the VPN.
  23. Just type forum.netduma.com into your mobile browser
  24. When did this start happening? Has it ever worked with IPv6 disabled?
  25. You can mention it here, no worries at all
