I would recommend the beta .120 version personally as I feel that's the most stable so far -

Hey, welcome to the forum! Go ahead and hold the reset button for 30 seconds, release, wait 2 minutes then try accessing via ethernet. You will need to complete the setup wizard before you can get internet. Hey, welcome to the forum! If you email [email protected] with your order number they can let you know the status of your order. Alternatively if you provide your order number here I can take a look for you. -
If it works with the games console service, the original rule I gave you and DumaOS Classified Games then there will be a port missing when making rules manually. Do you have multiple devices trying to play at the same time?
-
Are you actually in a game playing when those screenshots are taken?
-
Could you double check the IP on your PC matches the IP on the Device Manager of the device you think it is please? As above
-
Are you playing over WiFi? If you're not then choose normal for the rules instead. Delete the 27000 range rules and just replace it with one: Source 1-65535 Destination 27000-27050 TCP/UDP
-
For specific ports I would suggest making rules for the ports the game requires as per the screenshot on the previous page, anything other than that is for you to experiment with. If it prioritizes with those rules then that's good, it's not just for console.
-
What does: Source 1-65535 Destination 1024-65535 Protocol TCP/UDP do?

Is that the only reason you think it is the worst firmware so far? We've said previously the Ping Under Load needs to be improved - it doesn't mean you will necessarily get those spikes. You also need to adjust QoS to get a better result on that test. Also as we use the Google servers for the ping tests if you have a bad connection to them then it will be reflected there. -
Change source to 1-65535 keeping the rest of the rule the same

Okay so we'll update that but in the mean time you'll need to get the files from HMA and then paste the contents into the advanced section of the setup -

HMA is built into HybridVPN - you can also get them from HMA by logging in and finding the download area or contacting them - I don't have a subscription to get them -
