  1. Thank you for the information. So a couple of things, gaming really doesn't need that much bandwidth, the maximum it would use would be around 1Mbps and that would be when you're hosting, if you're not hosting it will be a lot less. If you specifically got these speeds for gaming then it is overkill as 99% will go unused when playing. Therefore the QoS settings that have been made to allocate more bandwidth to the PC is unnecessary. Also given your high speeds, QoS is less needed as you are unlikely to experience bufferbloat (which happens when the entire connection is being used) so you're sort of applying rules to the connection when it isn't needed, this could be why it's better off vs on. If you do have QoS on the ISP modem/router (if it's not a pure modem) then that could be another reason having QoS on the XR as well wouldn't give a good in game feeling. What is the modem/router the XR is connected to? That being said, your upload speed in comparison to download is much lower, so you could try with Congestion Control set to 100% for download, 70% for upload and see if it makes a difference. With the manual Traffic Prioritization setting that has been added, do you ever see the packets update for it when playing? If not that could be another reason you're not noticing an improvement.
  2. Hey, welcome to the forum! A few quick questions before we get into it: Is this PC the only device being used in your home? If not, is it the only device being used actually when playing? Under what circumstances was the PingPlotter test done? E.g. WiFi, ethernet, nothing using the internet, QoS on/off
  3. It's likely PPPoE, can the ISP modem/router handle this instead of the XR? If so does QoS then work correctly?
  4. Could you provide a screenshot of your Geo-Filter please? If you disable the device on the Geo-Filter so it's not filtering but you can still see the servers, what do you ping to the Texas server when you get it?
  5. If you're having trouble make a new topic and provide the config files you can't get to work and we can take a look
  10. Ahh well done for figuring it out and thanks for posting the solution!
  11. This is something we've seen a few times recently, our conclusion is that some of the servers on the West Coast are no longer used or used during peak times/busy periods as with or without it seems to default towards the East unfortunately
  12. I'll double check with Liam and Alex on this and get back to you!
  14. On the XR go to Settings > Internet Setup, from there select you need a login and you can enter the PPPoE details - make sure to select Always connect. Then you can go to VLAN in Advanced Settings, click the existing Internet rule and change the tag to 500 and you should be good to go.
¿Has obligado a otros servidores a ver si juegan mejor?
  16. Yeah on Halo, I'll check in with Liam and see what settings he was using specifically
  17. Try disabling cross play and see if that makes a difference
  18. You don't necessarily need to add it as a TV and add ports, keep it as a PlayStation and it will be appeared greyed out and apply to the whole device - are you following the guide from the user in the other topic?
  19. Oh I see, are you using it through HybridVPN? If so how have you added your device to HybridVPN?
  20. Are you certain the VPN server is showing up on the Geo-Filter and it's not a game server instead?
  24. Thank you, we'll take a look!
  25. Great, I'll pass it on so we can add it to the main whitelist
