  4. So I’ve just spoken to our distribution guy, the seal being broken was us - we had a few batches of routers sent to us completely sealed so they had to be opened to get flashed with DumaOS. The scuffs/marks it’s possible were made when we did this process but they’re all checked so not sure how that would have happened. I’ve been assured that any routers bought from Amazon will be new, any returned routers back to Amazon are sent to a storage address we have in the US so there is no chance Amazon would resend to a customer.

  7. It does filter servers, that is the main purpose as most games are server based now. I’ll talk with the team to have the description of strict mode be made clearer, thanks for letting us know your experience.

  11. Sorry to hear about your experience, we do send out new units so I'm not sure what has happened there, I would suggest contacting Amazon and getting it replaced
  12. Are you leaving the interface open for hours at a time by any chance?
  13. Does the page not load specifically or it doesn't ping a game when selected?
  14. That is ours, pretty sure it's shipped from within the US by Amazon directly. What makes you think the unit is used instead of new?
  15. The link isn't working, could you provide another? We do have a presence on Amazon.com, as far as I am aware we ship routers to Amazon directly so they handle distribution but I can double check that

  17. Until it's fully released we can only guess really, neither reading could be correct
  18. For the latency one is probably showing without processing delay and the other with, the telemetry settings are for those who want to get details on their connection and people using the scoreboard just want a quick idea so it makes sense the scoreboard would be without processing delay
  19. I have the same hub and I find the modem mode to be a bit unstable, I’d suggest putting it in router mode then putty no the XR WAN IP in its DMZ instead. Then experiment with QoS to find that sweet spot.
  20. Alright we will look into it, in the meantime use the manual way to select your location. The location doesn’t need to be pin point accurate so it won’t negatively affect you doing it this way.
  21. You said you’re on .49 but the latest is .64, can you access the interface look at the top right and confirm which version you’re on? Can you provide a screenshot of your QoS page please? On the System Information page go to the Rapp panel, click the icon and change retries to 5. Then reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes then access and see if everything loads.

  23. You need strict mode enabled otherwise it will allow servers outside your radius. Strict Mode is a feature we introduced specifically for Destiny and I would highly recommend you only disable it for that game, that is why it is enabled by default. Enable it again and it will work as expected.
  24. What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to? Now all devices are connected it would be worth reassessing your QoS settings to get them optimal as it will have changed
  25. Sorry to hear the issues are persisting, hopefully the ISP can figure it out. Ah yes, well done on figuring it out, looks like we need to make those sync up, thanks for posting your solution!
