You're probably getting failed to connect because you're not allowing many/if any servers

Can you provide the ID of the server you're seeing in London? Are you referring to ping on the Geo or in game?

They must have changed some servers around then, you'll have to include some more, generally forcing just the one server will extend search times

That's normal, are you trying to filter two consoles are the same time? I'd suggest putting your radius to at least 1000km, it should be much easier to get games then.

If you leave the app running does it ever prompt you with an error/opportunity to get a log?
