Ping Heatmap suggestion/issue thread
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Alex's topic in Netduma R2 Support
Okay thanks for letting us know, we'll do a cloud update as soon as we can -
Not currently no. Yeah make a new topic and include the configs you're using and we can take a look.

MWII servers disappeared since few days.
Netduma Fraser replied to JustinCase's topic in Call of Duty Support
Resync the cloud from the Ping Heatmap menu and then try re-pinging it -
That's the protocol, PureVPN has OpenVPN, I'm not sure if they use Wireguard or not
-
Check to see if there is an update, it may be on an old version, if it is current then uninstall, then reinstall and try again please

destiny2 geo filter problems, it throws me out of the games
Netduma Fraser replied to Teodora's topic in Netduma R2 Support
Hey, welcome to the forum! Are you just trying to do normal matchmaking? Have you added any servers to the deny list? -
You'll need to use the configs from Pure with the Advanced Setup currently
-
That may be the maximum you'll be able to achieve, disable the protection options in WAN Settings though as that will boost it slightly. If you're not using Adblocker disable that completely as well.

Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better.

That server may have moved/be offline so I'd suggest covering a few more - we usually suggest covering 2-3 for faster searches. Interesting, it's likely changing IP often and creating a new one every time, looks like one is offline so would be best to remove all offline devices so you know which one to add for Geo/Traffic Prio etc.

Hey, welcome to the forum! I can't see that you've set your home location anywhere and the radius is the smallest it can be - you need to have servers in your radius to be able to play/filter.

Reoccurring Unknown Device
Netduma Fraser replied to Zaroo's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
With Bandwidth Allocation share excess will be enabled so as it won't be using any bandwidth other devices can take what they need/whatever allocation that device may have -
Reoccurring Unknown Device
Netduma Fraser replied to Zaroo's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
It won't be causing any issues to the connection at all, you can block it if that makes you feel more secure, do the above and see if that makes any difference -
Hey, welcome to the forum! I'll put you on the list for when we expand.
-
Do you ever get to the point where you can login or does this happen before that? Clear the data/cache for the app, reboot the phone then try accessing again please.
-
Pourriez-vous clarifier s'il vous plaît?
-
It's entirely dependent on how long their testing process takes, I couldn't say, in the meantime I would recommend you have your ISP router handle PPPoE so QoS can work correctly on the router. When you get a disconnect grab the log from the System Information page and post it here please.

Prioritizing devices/games/services doesn't work
Netduma Fraser replied to PSNPlayer's topic in Netduma R2 Support
Sign up for Early Access: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/ once approved you can then try the firmware there and see if that resolves the issue for you -
Are ALL devices connected to the R2? If not they can pull bandwidth away from the router. What upload speed are you getting on speedtest.net?
-
What phone are you using and what is the version of Android you are on?

XR500 VS Netduma R2
Netduma Fraser replied to Alongcory's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Yes the XR500 and R2 both have this feature -
We haven't specifically tested that provider but it should as long as the template above is followed. It will get the DPI cloud update yes.
