  1. It's not for checking bad nodes or packet loss per se, it's exactly the same as the bufferbloat tests but you'd be using real traffic, you would see how the ping increases then use QoS to bring it down as much as possible, I would recommend trying it. Disable Traffic Prioritization completely as that can interfere with the tests you're doing.
  2. It's basically the same as the Games Console service so it's absolutely fine to do so
  3. I would disable Armor on the XR1000 - you can do this from the Nighthawk mobile app, that may allow that specific platform to work better. Hold the reset button for 30 seconds, release, wait 5 minutes then access the interface and see if it loads - exit the interface if you have it open while resetting please
  4. Okay so there will be an extension on your Chrome browser that will be blocking access, it's not an issue with the router
  5. Does it work in an Incognito window for Chrome?
  6. Shouldn't really be an issue then, could you make a custom rule, source 1-65535 destination 1024-65000 TCP/UDP and see if you notice any difference?
  7. Are you using PPPoE, VLAN, IPv6 or anything like that? Do you have Armor enabled?
  8. It'll be working as it was prioritizing when you turned it off, once the prioritizing traffic has been disconnected then it shouldn't prioritize again after that
  9. It's definitely due to that? What is your ping at the time?
  10. They are probably mislocated, thanks for the report!
  11. In that case you don't need to worry about the packet values, as the old saying goes - if it isn't broken, don't fix it!
  12. Just to clarify, you have a good connection to the game with Traffic Prioritization set as it is?
  13. So you're unable to play games through the console currently? Hold the power button on the console until you hear a beep to indicate it's turning off, wait 10 seconds or so to make sure it is off. Then unplug its power cable for a few minutes, plug in, then turn on and re-run the test.
  14. What are their pings though when caught by Ping Assist? Zoom out of the map fully and you'll see more information - some servers may be mislocated. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better.
  15. That indicates that you'll probably need to adjust your QoS settings to get rid of the packet loss - what settings are you using currently? Are ALL devices connected to the router?
  16. When did this start to occur, after an update, settings change etc? If you try to access using http://dumaos does that allow access?
  17. If you use DumaOS Classified Games instead do you see the same behavior?
  18. I would think this is likely a false reading - have you changed any port settings, DMZ etc on the R2 or ISP router? What does your NAT Type say in game if applicable?
  19. Benchmark uses the Google servers so depending on your connection to them results will differ. Id recommend using this guide https://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000074717-how-to-test-your-internet-ping to test. Saturate your connection with downloads, streams etc and see what percentage brings it down as much as possible. That will be the fairest test as it will be done with actual traffic.
  20. We need to do a cloud update so that is quite possibly why you're getting the error, we'll do that tomorrow so late in the day reboot then see if it loads and pings without error
  21. Thanks for that, could you disable DumaOS Classified Games on Traffic Prioritization please? I'm wondering if that is somehow catching Sky and prioritizing it which would cause the issue. See if it works better after that.
  22. Did you do a factory reset after the update? If not please do so, then wait a few minutes before accessing and it should work correctly. It's generally recommended after an update to do a factory reset as it clears any remnants of the previous version that might cause issues.
  23. When did it start happening - after changing a setting, upgrading etc? Did you resync the cloud and that is when it happened?
  24. ¡Hola bienvenido al foro! Necesitamos hacer una actualización de Ping Heatmap que ocurrirá el lunes, aún puede usar el Geo-Filter para forzar servidores, no afectará eso.
  25. Hey, welcome to the forum! How are you trying to force the region, using the Geo-Filter or a VPN or both?
