  1. Which mobile device are you using and what router platform?
  2. Have you done a resync, does it work on web browser for you?
  3. Voila: https://howchoo.com/chrome/stop-chrome-from-automatically-redirecting-https
  4. That's a very very good ping, what does it show in game, if that is really high then may be best to force a different server
  5. The app or Ping Heatmap on the interface? Would be best to make a new topic and we can focus on you there
  6. Are you accessing both simultaneously? How long between checking the browser vs app & vice versa are you waiting?
  7. No that wouldn't work, I'm surprised using the game server as the DNS worked to be honest but if that works maybe go with it. The same way you go the IP previously by using the Geo-Filter.
  8. Hey, welcome to the forum! Could you explain what you mean by they conflict each other? By custom settings, what isn't saving exactly?
  9. You can try the static route, can't say whether it would work or not, the routing is down to your ISP so may be best to call them about this. Do you have the IP for the server to use for the static route?
  10. The XR500 yes, the R1 we are seeing whether it is possible given the age of the hardware
  11. Yes it works the for 500
  12. I can't see how that would happen exactly but would be interested to see if a different modem would help. You would bridge the modem not the XR.
  13. Quei browser vanno bene, ma assicurati che non stiano costringendo l'interfaccia a utilizzare HTTPS che causerĂ  i problemi
  14. I would first look at changing your DNS actually which may help. Look up online for the best DNS in your area/country then change to that on the router and see if that improves it at all.
  15. Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please.
  16. In most cases rebooting, then waiting 2 minutes before accessing resolves it, if not please make a new topic and we can focus on you there
  17. While connected to the router via a Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please.
  18. Interesting, thanks for that, there is a switch on the back of the router for LEDs, is that switched to on?
  19. Looks like it's fine on my end, resync the cloud then re-ping the game and see if it works
  20. It looks like setting DNS on the phone itself is allowing you to get internet so on the R1 in WAN Settings can you set the DNS to 1.1.1.1 and see if it allows a device without the DNS set manually on the device itself to get internet
  21. The QoS page - specifically the Traffic Prioritization section
  22. Have you deleted a device from the Device Manager recently that was added to Traffic Prioritization?
  23. Do post back when you can get that information, I'll be here over the weekend so no rush
  24. Great to hear that, tech can be weird sometimes, do let us know if it happens again!
  25. Thanks for clarifying, could you provide a screenshot of the Device Manager table view please?
