Good advice above. Connect to the router via ethernet cable to a PC- you won't get internet until you complete the setup wizard. So access the interface in the web browser, then complete the wizard. Once you've done that you can connect wireless devices using the details you set.

Can you provide a screenshot of what you see on the web browser when you type that in please? -
Ah I see, if there are no servers in those areas then you won't get a game. If there were then your ping to them may be so high that they block you connecting anyway. You can still try those servers, just make a polygon to cover those countries. I think France, Germany and the Netherlands have decent servers so try those.

Hey, welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue. Are you able to connect a PC via ethernet to the router and then setup that way? When you've completed the setup wizard you can then connect your devices via wifi with the details you've set. -

I think there must be an issue with your email as we only have one email from you dated 30th December (I checked our spam folder) and we replied 4th January and you haven't had that reply. I've passed on what they have requested (your forum topic) and they will be sending you another email shortly, if you don't get that then please let me know, I'd also then suggest you try a different email address with a different email provider. -

It was definitely in response to your email on 30th December. Send another one referencing that email with a link to the forum topic you made, then they can proceed with the replacement as that is what they've asked for in the email. -
Happy New Year! Alex should be testing this today and someone provided some information which could point at the issue so we'll investigate that. That's really great to hear, hopefully we can get new stock sooner rather than later and Brexit doesn't affect it too much.

Yes it's backwards compatible so works with b/g/n etc. They responded to your email yesterday saying they would be happy to give you a replacement, they just asked you for the forum topic you made regarding your issue. If you don't see that email please look in your spam/junk folders. -

They can be quite loose, so screw it in as much as possible and it should stand. Email [email protected] and they may be able to provide an extra one. -
Totally understand that. Follow this guide to reinstall the latest firmware via TFTP - this will install the firmware bypassing the boot process and any issues that may be there. Then do a factory reset afterwards, this will give you the freshest install possible and it should work fine after that https://kb.netgear.com/000059634/How-to-upload-firmware-to-a-NETGEAR-router-using-Windows-TFTP
