  1. I haven't seen it but yes there has been a lot of spam within the last month, we've implemented some new steps as well as adding Fuzy as a moderator to get some more eyes on it so it can be deleted faster.
  2. Great thank you, I'll add that to the ticket.
  3. Hey, welcome to the forum! Added.
  4. The XR routers yes, I believe we've resolved it on the R2. It is still just as good as the way it was before.
  5. No that's why we've done it this way so Congestion Control to work, put the WAN IP shown on the System Information page of the 1000 into the DMZ on the modem. That passes all traffic through to the XR and will work in just the same way. It's because of a bug that we're fixing so this is a workaround.
  6. Thank you and you!
  7. Hey, welcome to the forum! Added!
  8. This version is just with our changes so it's likely any Netgear bugs will remain from the previous version, so I would recommend setting that back up unless you want to try it without
  9. Hey, welcome to the forum! Added!
  10. I don't think so but I can ask. I should be informed once it goes up and then I'll let you know!
  11. Liam has left the company now so I'll have to track down the dev he gave this to and I'll come back to you
  12. Great to hear that, thanks for the update!
  13. Thank you for bringing that to our attention, looks like it went into review by Google, most likely due to a last minute change we made. It may take a few days from now before the correct version is available.
  14. In LAN Setting, set the DHCP range to start at .50, then assign reserved IP addresses to devices between .2 & .49 so they're out of the DHCP range, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes and see if that stops the disconnects.
  15. If you disable DHCP on the router it won't be able to try to get another IP so that should work, have you tried that?
  16. I'll check with the team and see where they are at with it.
  17. You're still using PPPoE on the XR, you need to say no for login and make sure the modem is using PPPoE, then upload on the XR should work.
  18. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better. You won't be able to control who gets in the server you connect to so they could be from anywhere, they could be using a VPN for example. The authentication server shouldn't affect that.
  19. Solo para aclarar, la IP que se muestra en la página de información del sistema R2 es la IP que ha puesto en la DMZ en el enrutador ISP. ¿En qué plataforma estás jugando y dónde estás comprobando el estado de NAT, en el juego?
  20. Welcome to the forum! The default credentials for the interface login are admin & password if that doesn't work then hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 2 minutes before accessing the interface then try the default credentials again and it should work.
  21. Do keep us posted and we'll let you know once we receive the speaker and try to reproduce the issue. We'll definitely keep you in mind, thank you!
  22. You'll need to sign up here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/ for Early Access for the R2.
  23. It prioritizes running a ping to another device/service basically, not too much need to do that in a home environment really
