I have to restart my router every few games
Netduma Fraser replied to Xverso's topic in Call of Duty Support
Are you leaving the Geo-Filter enabled once you've finished gaming so the next time you come on it's already set? -

DumaOS Classified Games should definitely be working on a console, resync the cloud on the Device Manager, Geo-Filter and Ping Heatmap then try that again. Otherwise I would suggest source ports are left at their default 1-65535 and change the destination.

Geofencing issue - Rainbow Six Siege on PS5
Netduma Fraser replied to Ninja_Theory's topic in Netduma R2 Support
Brilliant thank you very much for that, it's very helpful! -
That's a good question actually, I'm not too sure on the quantity as I don't think anyone would hit that limit. Just prioritizing normally will do both.

Warzone 2.0 Geofilter - never finds a game
Netduma Fraser replied to SwirlyWirley's topic in Call of Duty Support
You need to enable the Geo-Filter before you boot up the game - on boot up the game pings all servers and checks which ones you're able to connect to, without filtering it will assume you can connect to all. -
Xr500 beta tester
Netduma Fraser replied to Glenn693's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
This is purely our changes, I'll add you to the list though just in case it does resolve the issue for you -
To answer your questions: The range it uses is 1024-65535 Normal/Default is for normal traffic, say web browsing if you wanted to prioritize that or if you're gaming over ethernet. Video is video. Gaming/voice is if you're gaming over WiFi or using VOIP applications. Apply to WAN adds priority tags and if your ISP is compatible with that you may get an extra prioritized boost - if they don't then it won't negatively affect you having it on.

Geofencing issue - Rainbow Six Siege on PS5

Fantastic to hear that, thanks for the update! Would you be able to provide those IDs? Then we can add them to the whitelist to resolve the issue for other players. -
Geofencing issue - Rainbow Six Siege on PS5
Netduma Fraser replied to Ninja_Theory's topic in Netduma R2 Support
It may take a few tries to get all the servers required, if it's working correctly, when you allow it that server you've allowed shouldn't become the game server/biggest icon but another should appear within the radius -
R2 Geofilter for MW2 dont work
Netduma Fraser replied to SachsenPowl's topic in Call of Duty Support
Yes it would override that Priority Boost is essentially a temporary Traffic Prioritization rule so would just recommend using Classified Games Do you have the R2 in the DMZ on your modem? -
R2 Geofilter for MW2 dont work
Netduma Fraser replied to SachsenPowl's topic in Call of Duty Support
I'm not sure how that would be possible as there is no real control using Ping Assist and it gets games outside your radius. Fast Search will also ignore your PA value if it can get a game faster so best to have that disable. -
R2 Geofilter for MW2 dont work
Netduma Fraser replied to SachsenPowl's topic in Call of Duty Support
Yes, best to follow these steps and that should make it work correctly: Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works. Once you've done this the first time leave the Geo-Filter enabled and it'll work whenever you next play. If you want to make changes to the radius/polygons etc it's best to do so before you turn the console/game on, wait 2 minutes then you can load up and it will ensure the new settings work. -

To force servers you'll need to set Ping Assist to 0. That all looks good, are you still not able to force other servers? Are you setting up the Geo-Filter before the console/game have been turned on? -

Geofencing issue - Rainbow Six Siege on PS5
Netduma Fraser replied to Ninja_Theory's topic in Netduma R2 Support
Zoom out of the Geo-Filter Map, then make the error appear again and look at the map immediately, you should see something blocked, add that to your allow list and then see if that allows you to filter -
Warzone 2.0 Geofilter - never finds a game
Netduma Fraser replied to SwirlyWirley's topic in Call of Duty Support
Are you enabling the Geo-Filter after the game has been booted up as you have a host there that should be blocked -
Hey, welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue, for this problem you'll have to do a factory reset, hold the reset button for 30 seconds, release, wait 5 minutes then access and it should work correctly.
