  1. Unless you have severely throttled yourself the game will just be getting what it needs - gaming uses very little bandwidth and won't use anywhere near 3000 for example so there shouldn't be any difference in game quality at all
  2. ¿Dejaste la consola encendida toda la noche en un modo de encendido/espera instantáneo?
  3. It's hard to say, on Connection Benchmark what is the result your getting on the Ping Test the one before Ping Under Load. 19ms is very good, what is the average ping in game? If that is a lot higher, over 30ms higher than the Geo-Filter ping then that would be a server side issue and you'd benefit from forcing different servers to find ones that have a lower in game ping even if the ping on the Geo-Filter is slightly higher.
  4. Solo para aclarar, dijiste que estabas jugando con un amigo en los EE. UU. Anteriormente, cuando dejaste de jugar con ellos, ¿seguiste jugando sin reiniciar el juego o la consola?
  5. Has that resolved it or was it already in modem mode?
  7. I'd suggest reupgrading the firmware using the TFTP method, this bypasses the boot process and any issues there then once done do a factory reset for the freshest install possible: https://kb.netgear.com/000059634/How-do-I-upload-firmware-to-my-NETGEAR-router-using-TFTP-from-the-Microsoft-Windows-Command-Prompt?article=000059634 then try please
  8. It really doesn't make any sense, do you have static/reserved IPs set on the devices themselves at all? Do they have Private/Random MAC enabled if so disable those, that could be it.
  9. Unplug the R2 from power, wait for 10 seconds, hold the Factory Reset button, while continuing to hold plug the power back into the R2 and keep holding the reset for 30 seconds then release. Wait 2 minutes, then try accessing please and see if you can go through the setup wizard.
  10. As above do you have the VM in modem mode or router mode? Does modem mode seem to resolve it?
  11. I don't see any activity on the ticket, I'll check with the assigned dev to see if I can get some information and will get back to you.
  12. Added! Let us know if that helps with the issue. Sure thing, PM me the other username and I'll get that sorted for you.
  13. Okay we'll try again, I'll get back to you
  14. Okay so that's a pure modem so you can forget the DMZ aspect. Have you made any port forwarding rules on the R2 or the DMZ and did you enable the remote support?
  15. Are there particular issues you're having or features you expected etc? If you can provide feedback we can look into it further.
  16. Interesting, on the iPhone if you disable the Private/Random MAC option for the WiFi does that improve the speeds after a restart?
  17. What is the model of your modem exactly?
  18. Thanks for the update, look forward to your report!
  19. You can do that but it's generally not the best practice to prioritize all the ports, try 1-65535 source, 1024-65535 destination and see if that works
  20. So you're looking for the DMZ option on your ISP modem/router not the R2

  22. Can you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing please?
  23. It might be because you've changed the LAN IP potentially but accessing directly using the IP should work if HTTPS is disabled. Does the IP on the PlayStation itself match the IP you think the device is on the Device Manager?
