  1. For a console you just need to add it to the Geo-Filter with the manual option then you can filter the game. Traffic Prioritization will automatically prioritize the game but if you want to manually add a rule you can use the Games Console service as you're playing on a console. It's best not to use the web browser on a mobile as it won't be fully optimized, you can use the DumaOS app on your app store instead if you want to use mobile. What is the model of the modem/router the R2 is connected to and how did you connect it to the router exactly? Could you provide a screenshot of the Device Manager table view please?
  2. Vaya a la página Información del sistema y luego en el menú del panel Rapp ≡ cambie los reintentos a 5, reinicie desde la interfaz, espere 2 minutos antes de acceder y vea si funciona, por favor.
  3. Putting the R2 in its DMZ wouldn't cause any devices connected to the R2 to be open to the internet, the R2 has a firewall so it is safe to do so, try with that and see if IPv6 then works
  4. By cascade do you mean you've put the R2 in the AX DMZ as I can't see a specific cascade option on their manual
  5. Traffic uses ports so in order to allow people to prioritize literally anything that's why we allow people to prioritize ports. Services such as Games Console is an easy way for the end user to prioritize a group of ports that a games consoles uses.
  6. Not quite, having IPv6 enabled on LAN would give devices local IPv6 addresses like you get with IPv4 192.168.77.100 for example. IPv6 was designed to deal with the shortage of IPv4 addresses but on your local network you're not going to have that problem so this can be disabled, a local IPv6 address isn't required for a public IPv6 address, as long as WAN is enabled then each device will use the public IPv6 address.
  7. QoS/Traffic Prioritization doesn't open ports, it just prioritizes traffic, UPnP, Port Forwarding/Triggering/DMZ are the only settings where the status of a port is changed. This can happen if you're already on a game for example and it's actively prioritizing, it can still prioritize when disabled until that connection is severed. It won't be an issue on SmartQoS though.
  8. Cela s'est-il produit lorsque vous avez resynchronisé le cloud ? Si c'est le cas, attendez une minute, puis actualisez la page et il l'aura fait avec succès
  9. You only need to have it enabled for the WAN, you can disable it on LAN
  15. We don't announce plans on new hardware until it's about to be released/up for pre-order, that's what we did for the R2. That being said, it's unlikely we'd make something with WiFi 7 right away - we're a software company at heart so the software will be cutting edge but the hardware won't always be the bleeding edge.
  16. We have done an update for it but unfortunately we weren't able to detect all the servers so only 1 more is shown/1 less failed
  17. I haven't been told they're releasing it but it may be a slow release just to ensure there is no issues with it before rolling it out across all the routers - if it auto updated then I think you'll be good to stay on that version
  18. ¿Qué pasa con la vista de árbol, se muestra como en línea o fuera de línea? ¿Está obteniendo una dirección IP?
  19. I would suggest putting it in AP mode so the R2 can handle everything
  20. I heard back and it should actually be working on this version, if you double check the app store do you have the latest/the version mentioned on the app page?
  21. Just to clarify, is that a website where that goes live at that time, not a game specifically? There are some features that could potentially help, you could prioritize port 80/443 which is normal web traffic, if you're experiencing local congestion which is causing that then QoS as a whole would help eliminate that which should give you better performance. You may also want to look into changing your DNS, if you haven't changed this then you might find it performs better using 1.1.1.1 & 1.0.0.1
  22. A video would be best I think so I can see exactly what is happening, thanks!
  23. If you remove your device from the Geo-Filter, give the router a reboot from the interface then access again do you still get the errors?
  24. What device are you running a speedtest on? What is Congestion Control set to and what speeds does the test report - what you have it limited to on CC?
  25. It's not especially needed to have a specific profile for NHL as it's only for console, Traffic Prioritization prioritizes any game on a console so you'll be seeing the benefit currently
