  1. Where are you seeing this error? When did it appear after accessing a page or changing a setting etc?
  2. Sign up for Early Access: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/ then once approved try the firmware there and see if you get the same issue
  3. Once you disable HT reboot the router then see if it's more stable, thanks for the link!
  4. Okay that's good, no you wouldn't be able to do that, I think at this stage it would be best to do a factory reset then make those reservation changes, reboot the router, wait 2 minutes then it should all work correctly
  5. You may need to reboot both routers, then it should work
  6. You'll need to set one of the router LAN IPs to something else, they can't be the same so you'll be getting a conflict there, that should resolve some issues. Other than that I'm not a huge fan of powerline adapters personally, they really depend on the quality of the wiring in your home as to how well they can perform.
  7. On the BGW, set a static IP for the XR - the IP it's giving the XR at the moment will do, then set that in the DMZ/follow this guide for it: https://www.att.com/support/smallbusiness/article/smb-internet/KM1188700?source=ESSZ0SSPR00T1EsEM&wtExtndSource=20210301215930_AT%26T+Community+Forums__COMMUNITY_4532617858 then reboot the BGW, wait 2 minutes, then reboot the XR from the interface, not by pulling the power, wait 2 minutes and see if that works better.
  8. No worries at all, thanks you too!
  9. I think changing the DNS is just restarting everything rather than being the specific cause, what is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to?
  10. Ping Under Load occurs with the connection saturated, if you have just the one device connected and gaming that won't be the cause but utilizing QoS definitely won't hurt. What is the ping to the game as shown by the Geo-Filter?
  11. It's best to update to the Early Access firmware and stay on it, resetting then downgrading won't do anything. Try the new firmware and see if it persists, if it does post in Early Access and the team can look into it further.
  12. As long as you have an Open NAT there is no need to port forward and it's unlikely to make a further difference
  13. By new firmware do you mean early access? If so please post there as I believe it is working when enabling for WAN & LAN
  14. We don't have a beta build to provide to people at the moment but if/when we do we'll let people know how they can test it.
  15. Reboot the router now, the devices may be having trouble switching over so a reboot of the router will force them to get the new IPs
  16. Thanks for letting us know, I'll pass it on to the team!
  17. Not at all, it's not very clear to be honest! If you're seeing an Open NAT on CoD or any other game rest assured you're all set!
  18. Try the beta and see if those issues are resolved as I've not seen anyone mention these types of issues so it may fix it for you
  19. Interesting, was it just DumaOS Classified Games that was causing it or did you have a manual rule?
  20. Not specifically, you could put them in AP mode and connect to the R2 though and then the R2 can control all the devices
  21. If you're on PC you can give it the PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager and that will allow you to filter if it works for the game, depending on their matchmaking system it may not work
  22. The XR1000 does have Armor already which should achieve what you're wanting: https://kb.netgear.com/000059435/What-features-does-NETGEAR-Armor-offer
  23. How did you factory reset exactly, via the interface or hardware button? If the button how long did you hold it for?
  24. As in disabling Traffic Prioritization specifically? Interesting, well done for getting it sorted!
