  1. You don't have to disable it but you could set it to Auto Enable so it only applies when gaming and the rest of the time you'll get full bandwidth
  2. We've done some updates now, let us know how you get on.
  3. If you're using a pure modem, setting it on the router is fine, if you're using an ISP router as well then it would be best to set this on that as well
  4. We will try to improve it as much as we can but it will be limited by the locations of the available servers
  5. Interesting, definitely worth testing but I've not seen anyone have an issue related to the order of ports. We'd have to pass that onto Netgear but we can definitely do that and see if they can implement it.
  6. Yes and no, it's due to the speedtest servers we use, they don't report the full speeds for everyone, it depends on what server it tries to connect you to
  7. It's because it's reporting half the value you have set, as long as you're getting expected speeds through speedtest.net for example then no need to worry, the router won't be limiting you.
  8. Ah so it was basically locked to the previous router, that's good to know, thanks for the update, glad you're all connected!
  9. We're still improving the results for benchmark so that's to be expected but that's really great to hear, thanks for coming back to us with an update!
  10. Can you provide a screenshot of your QoS page please? Are you using PPPoE or VLAN?
  11. No se mostraría abierto allí al usar esa opción, ya que UPnP no lo ha abierto, pero siempre que tenga un NAT abierto, entonces está funcionando.
  12. Hey, welcome to the forum! You'll need to sign up here for R2 Early Access: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/
  13. Are any more devices being used on the network at the time? Are you playing during peak or off peak times?
  14. You are on an older version so let's get you updated to the latest and see if you have the same problem: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39522-new-r2-firmware-32453/
  15. I'll pass it onto the team and they'll look into it tomorrow, they should be able to update the whitelist.
  16. Well that's the thing, if you assume it is UPnP on the router causing the issue then port forwarding would almost certainly work - the fact that the console instantly switches the port back seems strange to me - I would expect it would say that it's done it to prevent a port conflict if it was intended behavior. You could try port triggering instead and see if that works.
  17. When it asks you for the login, if you click cancel instead (may need to do this a few times), it should show you the recovery questions, if you complete that can you get into the interface then?
  18. Are you playing on the exact same servers and do you get the same ping when this happens?
  19. I can't see how that would help really but it is coming in the next version I believe.
  20. Regardless of where you are I believe either the Irish or US auth server will appear, thanks for that we'll get it whitelisted and have a look.
  21. ¿La antigua versión beta para el 700? Debería estar bien con la configuración de WAN establecida en Abierto
  22. Could you provide a screenshot of the WAN Settings, Network tab please?
  23. Yes that's the correct port. On the R2 System Information page does it show a WAN IP and Public IP?
  24. Is the white cable the one connected to your modem? What is the model of the modem?
