  1. Are you trying to access on both devices at the same time?
  2. That's alright thank you, in LAN Settings, set the DHCP range to start at .50, then assign reserved IP addresses to devices between .2 & .49 so they're out of the DHCP range, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes and see if that stops the disconnects.
  3. You'll need to follow this guide first, then it should work for you: https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000133055-using-adblocker-on-xr1000
  4. If you can access via mobile/tablet it shouldn't be an issue on PC, perhaps try a different web browser on PC, even check if caps lock is on for example
  5. Keep us posted! It may be a good idea as well to sign up for Early Access: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/ then once approved you can try the firmware there. The R2 is currently the highest hardware spec we currently make/sell, if you're looking for more powerful hardware then you would have to go with the Netgear Nighthawk Pro Gaming range, something like the XR500 or XR1000.
  6. You can find it here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/145-nighthawk-pro-gaming-beta/
  7. Hey, welcome to the forum! I'll add you to the list!
  8. ¿Su módem/enrutador está en modo puente y el XR700 UPnP no muestra el puerto 3074 abierto? Sin embargo, ¿tienes un NAT abierto?
  9. ¡Va bien, no debería ser mucho más largo con suerte!
  10. @Fathomlesswe can add you to the 500 beta if you would like? Could be Armor but generally I wouldn't worry too much about it unless it significantly increases and stays there. You can disable it from the Nighthawk mobile app.
  11. Ah excellent, keep us posted!
  12. Can you provide a screenshot of your QoS page please?
  13. You don't need to prioritize any specifically, DumaOS Classified Games or adding the PC with the Games Console rule should prioritize it. If not, if you look up online the ports the game uses you can add those instead.
  14. Glad to hear that, sounds like there is some sort of weird issue with the console keeping the port, are you on the Insider Program for example?
  17. Very odd, you could disable UPnP and port forward instead, other devices should still work just fine but it may give you that consistent port that you need
  18. Interesting, it's definitely plausible, it make take a few tries to allow all of those data centres but if you do get them all does it work as expected? Could you provide the IDs of them as well please so we can add them to the whitelist if needed.
  19. What do you mean you have to manually allow? If you move the radius to Europe for example, can you get games then?
  20. Yes we will do!
  21. Thanks for the kind words! To answer your questions: Yes new features will be introduced, I would recommend you sign up for Early Access: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/ and you can then try the new versions once approved. Could you provide a screenshot of your Geo-Filter page please? You shouldn't need to change anything really. By default it will use the DNS that your ISP/modem uses so nothing on our side in that regard, most are not super optimized so makes sense changing it gives some better performance.
  22. Hello, welcome to the forum! You'll need to use the Advanced Setup for the moment, could you provide the config file you're using please?
  23. Sure thing, thanks for letting us know, I'll pass it onto the team.
  24. It looks like you're accessing via a mobile/tablet which the interface hasn't been optimized for, if you access on a PC do you get the same error?
  25. You can do that, it's safer using the DMZ on a console but wouldn't advise it for a PC. If you have an Open NAT without using the DMZ then it's unnecessary to do any port forwarding or use the DMZ. Port Forwarding is more specific and DMZ is more open basically but they would both work it just depends how you want to do it.
