I've chased the team and will get back to you tomorrow on this.

¿Podría volver a cambiar el idioma de la interfaz a inglés, luego reiniciar el enrutador y ver si funciona después de eso, por favor?

Slow Speeds after changing to Netduma Router
Netduma Fraser replied to baldurfour's topic in Netduma R2 Support
By switch are you referring to the ethernet ports? If so that's fine but it should be connected to the R2 blue/internet port not the yellow/LAN ports for the R2 to work correctly, once done if you don't have internet give the ISP router a reboot, then reboot the R2, wait 2 minutes then access and test. -
Slow Speeds after changing to Netduma Router

Just to clarify, is your setup now ISP router (VLAN/PPPoE) > Switch > R2? -
Una vez que lo hayas mantenido presionado durante 30 segundos, espera 2 minutos antes de intentar acceder y luego mira si funciona. No es necesario reiniciar antes de hacer una actualización

Slow Speeds after changing to Netduma Router
Netduma Fraser replied to baldurfour's topic in Netduma R2 Support
Okay brilliant but you should still have the R2 blue port connected to the ISP router LAN port so the R2 runs properly -
I've approved you, you can access it here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/

Try this and see if it works:

Could you sign up for Early Access? Once approved try the firmware there, it should be more stable for you: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/

The R2 would still be in router mode, you don't need to do anything on the R2, just remove the PPPoE/VLAN details on it and put them on the ISP router instead. If that works then great and we can give you steps to prevent a double NAT situation. -
Debe mantenerlo presionado durante 30 segundos y luego soltarlo; de lo contrario, probablemente solo se reiniciará

(Some) Wifi & Lan devices lose connection
Netduma Fraser replied to fakkel's topic in Netduma R2 Support
No but you've been given access and can find it here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/ Ahh that makes sense, well the firmware there still has a lot of fixes and improvements over your current version so still worth a try to see if you have a better experience. -
Yes that's correct, whichever is easiest really!

Netgear cargó por error la versión de firmware y la eliminó cuando se dieron cuenta de su error. Puede actualizar a través de TFTP, sí, pero no es obligatorio; puede hacerlo a través de la interfaz en Configuración> Administración> Actualización de firmware

It's not an issue that is easily replicated, also due to the nature of the issue we can't glean any information from the router itself about why it happened, the more updates we do though the more stable it becomes.

Thanks for the logs, go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please.

The servers should be allowed so you shouldn't have to do anything in that regard but you may need to add your friends still. An option like that wouldn't really work, it's still dependent on the cloud and they change/update those servers.

WZ2 Season 2 update affecting Geofilter?
Netduma Fraser replied to MrBig1994's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Most people buy the router for its intended purpose, that's you're opinion and that's totally valid. I don't believe spending money and resources to market what a product isn't designed to do is a necessary step - if people research the router then they will see we don't specify circumventing SBMM as a feature. We have plans to incorporate more VPNs in the future, it's possible we could implement that sort of VPN but the purpose would be to help those in countries where their routing to game servers isn't optimized where the VPN can specifically help reduce their latency. -

I've add you to the beta, upgrade to that and see if you're able to reach higher speeds: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/145-nighthawk-pro-gaming-beta/ -
WZ2 Season 2 update affecting Geofilter?
Netduma Fraser replied to MrBig1994's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
The US we definitely weren't able to filter before the update but we were able to after. The US works as it's not too far away, it may not be possible for servers that severely increase your ping but we'll have a look - again, it's not the purpose of the router, if the game has changed something that prevents this we won't be able to do anything. -
We can certainly try and take a look at it, I'll pass it onto the team
