  1. Daylight Savings Time (DST), yes it can do, in the log it mentioned a time disparity so as long as that is correct it should perform better. Is that when adjusting something or just by loading the page? If you click okay does it work or does it re-appear?

  4. I've not seen any errors like that reported, as you're on the beta you are on quite an old version so I'd suggest upgrading to the latest public version to see if that still occurs. A new firmware isn't too far away now.
  5. I'll get the team to do a FIFA update but just because one game has a server in Texas doesn't mean others will, I believe CoD stopped using Texas within the last few months

Do keep us updated about that, thank you for the log, if does happen again could you check if the router is showing the correct time for the time zone you have set it to and if not change it, you may need to try with DST off/on and then try again after that. Has the slow loading of the interface improved since that issue seemed to resolve itself?

  10. It can happen if its connected incorrectly, it seems like everything is working but it's just being a switch, otherwise it's a potential cloud issue which I have the team looking into. I've asked someone else for a log but haven#t received that yet, if I get one that should point to the issue

  13. Could you grab the log from the System Information page after trying to set the home address or resyncing the cloud please?
  14. For the location, if you click the pin icon next to the home icon you can click on the map to set the location manually - it doesn't need to be pin point accurate, just in your state will do. Just to double check, is the R2 internet port connected to the modem LAN port?
  15. You don't need to update in order, you can update from any version to any other version unless we specify otherwise

  19. Does it complete a Connection Benchmark at all? If not then the error makes sense. What happens if you force the update?
  20. Thanks for the heads up and for trying it, do consider trying the beta and a factory reset, perhaps the change in firmware and the reset combined will resolve it
  21. I don't know if it is that but the timings are similar, you can re-setup as normal yes
  22. We did push a cloud late last week, that could be it potentially, I'll check with the team tomorrow and get back to you

So if you download the firmware from here: https://kb.netgear.com/000064857/XR500-Firmware-Version-2-3-2-134 then on the interface go to Settings > Administration > Firmware Update and upload it there. We are definitely looking into it, I would suggest trying the beta if you haven't already though.
  24. Just to clarify, putting your PC in the Geo-Filter made the router interface faster? Are you getting an error when trying to input the address? Have any settings been changed or anything in your setup prior to these issues appearing?
