  1. Does the Ubiq have an interface you can access at all? If not it's likely something you'll need to contact the ISP about if it happens on another router
  2. Okay that's fine, have you enabled remote support and posted here from a device connected to the R2?
  4. No need, got it using your forum email
  5. Yep got it and pass it on, thanks!
  6. Could you provide the ID of one of those blocked servers please outside the radius? Servers can appear mislocated on the map and so that is possible, if you provide us with the ID and add it to your deny list when can correct it and you won't connect to it again
  7. I've put a note on the order for you to ship with an EU power adapter
  8. Okay gotcha, not sure what that means for the beta aspect, but I've let the team know. Thanks for the bug report as well, are you able to game properly without lag while running Ping Optimiser?
  9. When you get that message, zoom out on the map, are you seeing anything blocked at all?
  10. No hard date yet, it depends when stock arrives
  11. Don't think there is much else that could be affecting it, make Traffic Controller rules for the NAS/affected devices and allow ALL traffic, does that allow them to work then?
  12. Parece que está intentando conectarse mediante HTTPS, lo que podría causar el problema. Utilice http://192.168.77.1 ¿Funciona?
  13. Jodafi posted a solution above, to my knowledge it's the only fix that exists
  14. Sì, stiamo lavorando duramente per garantire che non siano ancora presenti problemi legacy come questo su R3/DumaOS 4
  15. Do you actually already have it? As I thought we were going to be getting EE to give it to you for testing?
  16. Le firmware représente un changement assez important par rapport au précédent, je suggère donc de procéder à une réinitialisation d'usine pour éliminer tous les restes de la version précédente causant des problèmes.
  17. As above, the Geo-Filter isn't a VPN it won't change the location but it will allow you to get games within the radius you set, keep in mind the further away you try to force servers the harder it will be to get them, it's not a guarantee.
  18. Just to let you know, we did find the cause, we hardcoded a measurementlabs backup server to be used in case the original server isn't available for whatever reason but they've now taken that backup server down so if the router has to use the backup it won't work as the server is no longer available so it will require a firmware update. The feature will still work as long as it can contact the original server.
  19. PM me the email you used to purchase - I can't find an order with the email used for your forum account. Same email as your forum account, I've DMd you the screenshot
  20. Disable the DPI as well in that same menu, if that doesn't help disable the protection options in WAN Settings, they sometimes caused packets to be dropped, does that work?
  21. Potentially but I doubt it to be honest, I think it would have to be a reset. Generally at the time of posting any major bugs we have found have been dealt with, otherwise if there is anything major we know of then we will mention it. People generally expect some bugs when trying beta firmware and that you might need to reset more often and that's where the feedback is really helpful so we can fix things like this. You could do the backup option in settings and then restore it after the reset but as it's the Netgear backup it may not save every part of DumaOS and there is a chance it could re-introduce the issue.
  22. Okay that's good, I think it's an issue on our side but not specifically a firmware issue, I'll pass it on and see what we can do.
  23. You can switch to another range if you wish to. I think it's most likely QoS interfering, if you disable it fully from the Congestion Control menu does it all work as expected then?
  24. I replied to your topic but yes you will need to factory reset unfortunately, it will get fixed
  25. I think you probably rebooted the router with the VPN enabled is that right? If so that is a bug where it can happen, if you want to regain access to the VPN you would have to factory reset unfortunately.
