Thank you, much appreciated!

Brilliant to hear that, we do actually already have a fix for it, I can send you the file or it's in the process of slowly being rolled out to units so you could wait until the R3 informs you there is an update. Just let me know!

Great to hear that! It's in Settings > WAN

Device Manager Import / Export Functions
Netduma Fraser replied to UK_Wildcats_Fans's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Ah gotcha, that makes sense, I'll ask the team to see if they can add it back. -
I'll send you a DM that should get you through the wizard

Understanding SmartBOOST and prioritization
Netduma Fraser replied to Donut's topic in Netduma R3 Support
You can't specifically do that but probably what you need is to enable Congestion Control - you can do this from Ping Optimizer > Advanced, set that to 70/70 and that should resolve it -
To force you'll definitely need it disabled. Disable Geo-Latency, reboot then try again, does it allow you to force abroad then?

There isn't the ability to do that, is there a specific use case for this? I can request the team to add it -
R3 Stuck on bootlop first time booting
Netduma Fraser replied to DARKNESS's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Okay interesting, thanks for letting us know. Instead of filtering using IPs it does so via ping instead. What do you mean? -
Do you have Ping Assist enabled at all?
-
Yes that should work, remove the PC from the Geo-Filter and in the Device Manager click on the device, click on the picture and change it to the PlayStation icon (1st icon second row), click save top right. Go back to the Geo-Filter, re-add it to the Geo-Filter then try again after rebooting the PC please
-
Ah you're using PC, make sure you quit Battle.net from the System Tray if you didn't reboot the PC
-
Okay if you could check and make sure it's using the normal software version please
-
Definitely won't cause you any problems not using IPv6. Leave it with me and I'll see what we can get done.
-
Make your Geo-Filter settings then reboot the console then try again please - don't change the settings once you're playing

Are you on the Xbox Insider Program by any chance?
-
Okay great, could you remove the port forwards, reboot the R3, wait 4 minutes, reboot the Xbox, wait a minute then do a test connection on the Xbox, then launch the game and check again please? As you have an Open NAT and the port forwards aren't doing anything they're not needed and maybe confusing the router.
-
Very strange, if you connect a device direct to the Hub does it get IPv6? Yes that's right, I don't have a time frame at the moment but I'll see if we can expedite it

NEW XR500 BETA FIRMWARE: 3.3.535
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Lew's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Not a joke, just a bug, change to english complete the wizard, complete the upgrade path then once on RC14 on the interface switch back to Russian -
If you check the IP on the console itself and then check the Device Manager on the router for the XBOX device, do the IPs match?

How do I ping into the router without the app?
Netduma Fraser replied to Diggitydan's topic in Netduma R3 Support
As above! It should mention it on the quick start guide on the box, you can also use http://dumaos -
NEW XR500 BETA FIRMWARE: 3.3.535
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Lew's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Use an incognito window and see if you can get through it then or factory reset it again then complete it and continue the upgrade path -
I notice the hub is reading the router as host 1 now instead of dumaos which may have something to do with it. Reboot the hub, wait 2 minutes, then reboot the R3 from the interface, wait 4 minutes then check again please

Reset the MAC address in the Xbox network settings then reboot it, does it work properly after that?
