The in game ping includes processing delay, all games have it but not all choose to include it in their ping calculation. It's not something we can calculate. If the in game ping is up to 30ms higher roughly then the game should play well, anything higher than that could indicate the server is under heavy load and it's best to try to force a different server.

Could you provide the IDs please? No estoy seguro de lo que quieres decir. Parecen estar bien, Reino Unido y Francia. No puedes separarlos. -
Upgrading from R1 straight to R3

What is the Geo-Filter ping you're getting now? Are ALL devices connected to the R3? Have you updated the DMZ on the ISP modem/router for the R3 instead of the DMZ? -
Keep needing to reboot because this screen comes up

As in the issue came back after disabling SmartBOOST? You'll need to disable SmartBOOST fully and it shouldn't come back again. The team are looking into it. -
Reboot the speedport, wait 2 minutes then reboot the R3, wait 4 minutes then it should work

As mentioned we're looking into the WPS issue currently

It's best to make a new topic for your issue but what is it you're seeing when trying to access? -
They may have a separate username/password that is used just for the VPN, not linked to the website login

We're aware of the issue and looking into it

There isn't a specific option for that game but you could change the device type of the iPad to a console and add it to the Geo-Filter and it will filter the game so should work (you could do the same on the 1000), as to whether you want to upgrade to the R3 that's up to you. If you care more about software then yes I would recommend it as the 1000 won't get DumaOS 4 -
As above, they still work it just doesn't show they're working, we're looking into it

I've sent you .23 in a PM, see if it is better with that, once the upgrade is complete do a factory reset -
The router can't impact the upstream modem/routers ability to get internet, if that wasn't working either then it sounds like you had a dropout for a little while and should work again now
-
I'm not sure if we'll be adding that back or not, I'll check with the team and get back to you

Remoting Router something like ZeroTier

It has been requested so it's added to the list for potential inclusion in the future -
As above, you'll see it there

That's good to hear, thanks for checking!

You'll need to copy the WAN IP from Settings > WAN and put that in the DMZ on your ISP modem/router. Make sure then that ALL devices are connected to the R3. That will help with ping as well. Are you using Congestion Control in Ping Optimizer > Advanced? As that will eliminate local congestion and keep your ping low.

What firmware version are you on? It may be a bug so we'll look into it. Great to hear, do let us know how you get on!
