  1. Make your Geo-Filter settings then reboot the router, wait 2 minutes then reboot the console and see if it works properly then please
  2. Thank you for the feedback, I will pass on your points. Just because it doesn't have all the features you've mentioned doesn't mean they're missing. At its heart it is a gaming router and so it is primarily going to be very easy to use, I don't think for example implementing the ARP table is a valuable use of resources as maybe a handful of people may use it. To comment on some of your points: Geo-Filter can be disabled, click the device when added, you can disable filtering or delete the device. The Geo-Filter only applies to devices added to it that are enabled. Ping Heatmap was an additional feature we added, way after the Geo-Filter to help inform your Geo-Filter settings. It is a significant undertaking to merge the features though something we're thinking about. You can disable SmartBOOST in the and clicking settings. What do you mean activities are confused and off reality? You do essentially have a list option on the right on the Device Manager Adblocker you're likely including a list that is too big, limit it to 20MB or lower and should work DNS, IPv6, Static/reserved addresses, logs, firmware, DMZ, Parental Controls (Internet Rules) are all available in Settings, check the advanced sections on settings.
  3. So SmartBOOST disabled fully without you disabling it? So when you go on the page it just says about enabling it and clicking that does nothing? What web browser/device are you using to access the interface? Do the Ping Optimizer tests complete successfully? If so I'll pass on the test history now appearing. If SmartBOOST is completely disabled you won't be able to adjust SmartBOOST profiles.
  6. When did the issue start to occur exactly? If all that didn't work then TFTP may be the only solution but it can be tricky https://kb.netgear.com/000059633/How-do-I-upload-firmware-to-my-NETGEAR-router-using-a-TFTP-client-on-Microsoft-Windows
  8. I've sent you a PM with firmware that should resolve it
  9. I've sent you a private message
  10. What are you seeing when you try to access exactly? What is the URL you've bookmarked? Does http://192.168.77.1 or http://dumaos work? Could be Adblocker potentially which you can disable when you have access.
  11. Ah, there are lots of menus on the R3 so definitely take a look through, you never know what you may find! There is only one more version currently .21 but it only contains a fix for VLAN, nothing else
  12. Estamos al tanto del problema y lo estamos investigando. Mantente atento a la tienda de aplicaciones para actualizaciones.
  13. I've sent you all a PM with the firmware that fixes VLAN
  14. Exactly as mentioned above, it will be steady ping, although it increases your ping it will provide you a smoother experience as it will absorb any spikes/jitter
  15. That is strange, if you clear your browser cache/cookies and refresh the page does it appear then?
  16. I've sent you a PM with the firmware, was holding off until it had been tested but looks good
  17. For the R3 to get internet properly it has to be connected via the WAN, you can connect it that way and leave it in router mode and still use your switches, that will work fine
  18. C'est un problème sur lequel nous travaillons actuellement. Il a été difficile d'isoler le problème. Gardez un œil sur le magasin d'applications pour les mises à jour.
  19. We're looking into it again, it was working for us when we tested
  20. How have you setup the ISP modem/router to pass all traffic to the R3? Are ALL devices connected to the R3? If you switch the ethernet cable connecting the R3 to the modem does it improve?
  21. Thank you for the extra information, I will pass that onto the team
  22. How frequently is this happening? Do you notice any pattern with what you're doing and when it occurs?
  23. I'm surprised it works on the XR500 to be honest as it's just too big, I'll see if we can increase the size that is able to be used or get a hard value for the limit.
  24. It's a specific forum software so there isn't much we could do about it, it would be a website dressed up as an app basically. You can access using your mobile web browser though, it is optimized for that.
  25. Use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that, also experiment with the widths as they can improve it. Should be quick, once the device stops actively sending/receiving traffic. Switch to the offline view, click the device and you can delete it from there.
