  1. Is the R1 connected to the modem/router provided by your internet provider? If so go to device manager and you should see a blue box and a WAN IP. Click the button to go to it's interface and follow the instructions above. If you don't see the box then make sure you have UPnP OR port forwarding enabled on the duma not both. Disable UPnP forwarding in miscellaneous settings and ensure remote access is ticked.
  2. Access your ISP hub interface, DMZ is usually located in Security/Firewall settings. Then input the WAN IP from the R1 device manager into it.

  16. Are you sure you've got the right ID? This is a Verizon IP and does seem to be located in the US. There may be another on top of that location you need to grab instead.

  19. Can you access the ONT/Modem you're using? If so check for UPnP/port forwarding and disable. Otherwise ensure you only have UPnP OR port forwarding enabled on the duma and disable UPnP forwarding in miscellaneous settings.
