  1. Yeah so I mean if you click the drop down box where it says stateless, what options do you have?
  2. Thanks man, much appreciated, glad to have you back!
  3. There are a few things: Improved Ping Assist, not only can you now specify a range but its quicker and more reliable in getting you a game within that range and stopping you getting games outside of it such as on the R2. Steady Ping, gives you a steady ping by using a buffer, for example you have a 25ms ping to the game but it's jittery/spiky, steady ping gives you 30ms and uses that difference in ping (buffer) to absorb the unsteadiness so you never notice it. Geo-Latency, allows you to filter games that were previously unfilterable such as Fortnite, Halo Infinite, Destiny 2 etc by utilizing a latency based filtering method I see you're trying creative there, do you get the same before it you search for a normal game?
  4. Looks like it's not giving the R3 an IPv6 address from that bottom screenshot, what options do you have for the IPv6 allocation mode?
  5. Steady Ping is actually apart of the Geo-Filter so you could exclusively connect your console if you wish!
  6. The first setup the reduced speeds will be to do with PPPoE, we think we can increase that though so we'll be working on that. If you could provide the hub settings pictures that would be really helpful. Are there any other settings on the Hub that could be disabled? Are you able to put it in modem or bridge mode instead?
  7. I've provided some more info in the DM, keep us posted!
  8. Do experiment with the widths as that will help. Ensure the antennae are adjusted to the position recommended in the box and make sure there aren't any wireless devices within 3 feet of the router as that could impact it
  9. Get to the end of the setup, right click the page, go to inspect element, go to the console tab on the window that opens then enter the command that I have DMd you and press enter, then refresh the page and that should allow you into the interface.
  10. Hey, how you doing! If the R3 is handling PPPoE probably around 300 but QoS will work with it. We think we can potentially push that higher so we'll be looking into it for a future update.
  11. Parece que nuestra solución no funcionó, todavía lo estamos investigando.
  12. I've sent you a DM with a confirmation. As you ordered yesterday you're quite far back in the queue so I would expect that it'll probably ship early next week
  13. Probably a few weeks I would estimate. You won't get exactly 1 gig as routing does knock off some speed - that would be the same with any router but you'll get pretty close
  14. Thanks for trying, it's purely an app issue, I've passed it back to the team to take a look
  15. Sorry to hear that, use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channels and change to those as well as experiment with the widths. May also be a good idea to split the bands so you use 2.4GHz exclusively for devices further away/that have more obstacles in the way between them and the router
  16. Great to hear you got it sorted, thanks for the update!
  17. No need to factory reset, it's purely an app issue, I've based it back to the team to take a look at
  18. Sorry to hear about the taxes but great to hear it'll be a speedy delivery!
  19. No worries, we'll take a look at it again, in the meantime do ensure you're on the .68 firmware and double check please
  20. Thanks for that, I'll pass it on, I think the plan is to actually rewrite that feature to make it more robust
  21. But what DumaOS router are you using?
  22. Most likely next week as you'll be at the back of the queue
  23. Ah you're referring to the DumaOS app on mobile? What router are you using?
  24. Yeah NG haven't pushed it for the interface updates for some reason
