  1. DumaOS 4 will come at a later date, we don't give out any ETAs
  2. It's pinned to the top of the R2 Support area, it's here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/50710-new-r2-firmware-33280/
  3. .23 was from before the holidays, new firmware will start to come out. The main focus at least this week I suspect will be bug fixing
  4. Correct, make sure they're outside the DHCP range though to be sure
  5. Oh I understand, you can just ignore that it is fine
  6. I'd do 3 rules, 2 ranges, one singular: 27000 - 27037 TCP & UDP 3074 - 3075 TCP & UDP 4380 UDP
  7. Well what is the ports specifically you want to forward/the range?
  8. Once it's available I'll start sending it to those with issues it may help and then can provide it to others
  9. Disable NAT on the Telstra modem and enable UPnP on the R2 and you should be good to go
  10. Obviously I'm biased but the benefit over the XR series is its 100% our own product, hardware and software so we have a closer relationship with the router and can make faster firmware updates. DumaOS 4 allows for more efficient development as well and obviously offers new features the others don't have.
  11. Probably a bug, delete it and then set the DMZ again

  13. Firmware will come this week, will be tested first/provided as a link to those that ask for it before it's pushed to routers
  14. It could be local congestion, in which case if you fine tune your Congestion Control/SmartBOOST settings it could eliminate it. Otherwise if it is the issue we know about we'll get it sorted asap
  15. You can still have strict mode on, in fact it's best if you want Ping Assist to be used exclusively. What range are you using?

  17. Interesting, I'll have the team look into it, thanks for the report!
  18. It's been requested to allow going below 50% so we'll likely bring that back. For Bufferbloat you'll need to set Congestion Control to Always and then disable Speed Test Bypass and you'll get better results.
  19. I know for Overwatch 2 at least it's one of the games that can't be filtered normally which is why it works with Geo-Latency, we'll have to test Diablo 4
  20. Could you clarify? I'm not sure I understand what you mean
  21. If you minimize the get dumaos entry does nothing else appear?
  22. The R2 will be getting DumaOS 4 so not to worry!
  23. That could just be the server, it's normal for the ping to fluctuate a little, that's precisely why we made Steady Ping so you don't get affected by it
