  1. Give it a static/reserved IP on the router, reboot the console then check again please
  2. If you click on a server it'll show something like http://192.168.77.1/dumaweb/#geofilter/server_E48B05
  3. I don't know if the team will want to do that right away - if there is a major issue then it could feasibly affect the entire customer base which would not be good
  4. Delete the device from the Geo-Filter, reboot, close the tab, wait 4 minutes, access, change the home location by clicking on the map and see if that works
  5. You shouldn't have to but does the speedport have a modem/bridge mode you could try?
  6. If you access using 192.168.1.1 instead does that work better?
  7. Try this and see if it improves: Use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Set the antennae to this position _ | | _ For 5GHz change the mode to 2400Mbps I believe it is
  8. As above, no need to make new topics/keep asking, once it's ready you'll either see a post on it or I'll be handing it out to people
  9. Mostly it's to ensure an Open NAT for gaming when connected to the R3. Also it ensures all traffic is passed directly to the R3 which allows it to then control your network better and give you a better experience. I suppose the cons are you wouldn't be able to use the ISP modem/router for anything else.
  10. When you upgrade via the interface using the in built update system you will see a change log for it
  11. Still on track from what I was told this morning
  12. Granted some of these things will need a firmware update and should be much improved when available but still worth making a new topic for your issues and we can go through 1 by 1 to try and improve them - if you want to that is, otherwise totally understand if you want to wait for firmware. As of this morning when I checked it was still on track for this week.
  13. Yeah give that a go, if it doesn't help try and get the logs when it happened along with the time it happened and that may tell us more
  14. You can find it here now: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/106-latest-firmwares/
  15. Strange, it shouldn't make a difference but yes do give that a go, might be caching the old connection
  16. Are you playing over WiFi or ethernet? Give the device a static/reserved IP on the R3 then reboot the PC and see if it works then
  17. Could you try swapping out the ethernet cable connecting the two together then reboot the R2 and check
  18. Do you ever notice the same behavior with steady ping off?
  19. Are two consoles trying to play at the same time or just one?
  20. Thanks for the typo, will pass that on. I'm not sure what would be affecting that really, could you try disabling Adblocker and see if that works please?
  21. Can you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing when it happens please?
  22. Okay good, on the R2 System Information page are you getting a WAN IP?
  23. Okay bizarre, I'll have the team look into it thanks
  24. Possibly, it could be the Geo-Filter causing you to be kicked potentially, try with it disabled and see if it happens
