  1. What do you mean it stalls trying to load exactly? - The screen from your first post? What web browser/device are you using to access?
  2. As there has been a few versions I would suggest doing a factory reset as it'll likely work much better. Simple is 8-10 yes, expert yes it should be slightly higher than the ping you receive normally
  3. Die ,280 Version? Starten Sie neu, indem Sie den mobilen Webbrowser verwenden? Passiert dasselbe, wenn Sie es von einem PC aus machen?
  4. We don't give out any ETAs unfortunately, it's been an issue for a little while, 3.3 will be coming soon and then we'll be focusing more on bug fixes
  5. Can you do the same PingPlotter direct from the modem as well please?
  6. Don't apologize, this is exactly the kind of the thing the devs need to see to be able to improve upon it. We will do!
  7. That's brilliant to hear, thanks for the update! Sent Yes you can do that, one of the things we're proud of with DumaOS 4 is that it's fully workable with the app - no missing features!
  8. Sorry for the delay, I will respond to you in your topic
  10. The team are returning now, not everyone has arrived back but the work has begun, they're reviewing all the reports I've left them over the holidays (lovely presents for them haha!) so they'll be attempting to reproduce issues and identify the causes to make fixes. I suspect you'll see some firmware next week with issues being addressed. Upload is a funny one as a lot of people will never saturate their upload, so it staying at 100% may be legit, what is your upload speed? For denying, are you waiting a few minutes after denying before searching for a game again? If you are, is it definitely the same server? - Does it have the same ID? There are many servers clustered in the same location so it's possible its another server in that area you're connecting to.
  11. Thanks for the extra information, in terms of the extra features I have requested them, I don't know as to when they might be implemented. The team will want to fix any issues first I suspect before adding in new options. There have been a few people that have provided extensive testing feedback on the WiFi and the team is reviewing them currently to work on improving it - it will be one of their priorities. WiFi is a tricky one, we've done lots of testing on it but nothing can beat it being actually used by customers in different countries, homes, setups etc, it's why it's a hard one to nail down but I'm confident that with the team we have and DumaOS 4 that we'll get it resolved. You can see those details at netduma.com/terms
  12. Thank you very much for the detailed testing and explanations, this is exactly the kind of thing we're looking for regarding this issue, I will pass this onto the team. The team are aware some people are experiencing less than ideal WiFi performance so it's something they're keen to resolve.
  13. To provide more information on how the router determines the strength it does the following: -65+ = Max -67+ = High -70+ = Mid -80+ = Low Does that correspond with what you've been seeing if you check the db values using an analyzer?
  14. We are aware Ping Optimizer/Speed Test isn't 100% reliable at the moment and it's something the team will work on when they're back from the holidays. Those features can still work, it just may not be every time. I'll send you the .23 firmware via PM, once upgraded do a factory reset and then see whether those other points have improved please.
  15. As a test could you put your PC in the DMZ and do a speed test and see if you get any higher? Once done take it out of the DMZ
  16. Sent both via PM
  17. Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then. In terms of the difference in ping, the in game ping includes processing delay, all games have it but not all choose to include it in their ping calculation. It's not something we can calculate. If the in game ping is up to 30ms higher roughly then the game should play well, anything higher than that could indicate the server is under heavy load and it's best to try to force a different server.
  18. As it's being used in AP mode you should actually see all the devices connected to the Orbi actually shown individually on the R3 so you can manage them - is this not the case?
  19. It's basically the same as modem mode except you keep the normal routing functions of the hub. It passes all traffic straight through to the DMZd device. Yes absolutely continue to use the R3 for everything - you can turn off the hub WiFi also. The R3 has its own firewall so it's safe to do so.
  20. I've sent the firmware via PM, it does have Geo-Filter improvements so may help here. Would recommend once the upgrade is complete to do a factory reset.
  21. Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.
  22. I know you said you couldn't bypass the extender as you'd need a long cable but could you take the R3 to the modem and take a laptop there that can be connected via ethernet and see if it's better then?
  23. Welche Firmware-Version verwenden Sie derzeit?
  24. Pour le moment, vous devrez utiliser la configuration avancée en récupérant le fichier de configuration à partir de "pure" et en l'utilisant là-bas.
