  1. What do you see when you try to access the R3? If you use the DumaOS app are you able to access that way?
  2. First one is Chicago so that is correct, the ping you got, was that on the Geo-Filter and in game? Second one does look like Texas
  3. You don't need to keep creating topics/posts, one topic is enough and we'll get back to you when we can - it won't be instant responses. I have replied in your other topic, lets get that sorted first and we can move on to your other issues. Let's continue in the other one.
  4. I mean doing what you've done now, creating a topic is the fastest way to get support. Do you have access to the R3? If so on the WAN page is it getting an IP address/does it say connected? Does the modem show it as a connected/attached device? In most scenarios if you reboot the modem, wait 2 minutes then reboot the R3, wait 4 minutes internet should be restored.
  5. Could you provide the ID of the server when you see that happen please and the city you're in? Then I can check whether it may be a mislocated server
  6. You'd need to do the above to disable QoS properly, once you do that do you then get higher speeds on speedtest.net?

  12. We are looking into it, it's a difficult one to resolve as we can't properly reproduce it. We will get there, keep an eye on the app store.
  13. Okay keep us posted! Sometimes you will just get bad servers that may be under load for example and there won't be anything you can do as the issue isn't on your side. Best thing is to add that server to your denied list and try another server.
  14. This might be a miscommunication between the app (using some aspects of DumaOS 4) and the modem (not using DumaOS 4) so I'll check with the team about that and get back to you but personally I would focus on what the main modem interface shows
  15. If you click on the router there does it give you any further information on the traffic used?
  16. How did you disable QoS exactly? Do you have speed test bypass enabled? If you connect a PC/laptop to the R3 and do a test on speedtest.net does it get full speeds? No for the restarting of the WAN connection
  17. It might be the maximum you can achieve on it with QoS enabled but in WAN Settings could you disable the port scan protection and set NAT to Open do you get faster then?

  21. I see the same messages but it's fine I believe. It's likely confusing what has been downloaded so far, rather than the live usage, if you look at Network Activity does it show the same sort of values?
  22. Okay that's better, if you set the download bandwidth on the router to 1000 do you get higher speeds then?
  23. What's the average ping on the Geo-Filter and in game you're seeing now? How stable is the ping is it spiking, if so by how much?
