  1. If you go to the above then click system logs then at the bottom click download
  2. What do you mean exactly? I didn't mention any features that aren't currently implemented
  3. Try connecting it to the guest WiFi then use you phone on the normal WiFi and see if that works. Pretty sure it's the issue we know about
  4. The connection should re-establish itself after disabling, if not then reboot and you should be good.
  5. How is the stabilizing of the ping being weird? Geo-Latency is just a different method of filtering. Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
  6. It's not a DHL specific issue, couriers will do that all the time, I've had it quite a few times myself, just the nature of the beast sometimes. We've used DHL for 10 years now and they've been super reliable, very little issues with incorrect deliveries or lost/broken packages etc.
  7. I can't provide access to something we don't have, it will come. What is the issue you're seeing exactly?
  8. Have you completed the Setup Wizard now? If so, reboot your modem, wait 2 minutes, then reboot the R3, wait 4 minutes then check
  9. Restricting bandwidth per device wouldn't necessarily resolve bufferbloat, Congestion Control on the whole will do that. You can currently reserve bandwidth for devices but I don't know if there will be a limiter coming.
  10. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better.
  11. Exactly as above, use it manually for the moment
  12. We're waiting for a build from NG at the moment and looking into the app issue
  13. Doesn't really work as a collaboration, they have enterprise services that would allow us to do that, it's just very expensive
  14. We're still working on fixes so it'll keep being improved, probably some improvements to it in the next one
  15. Authentication of the WiFi credentials or interface credentials? Default username/password is admin & password if you changed it during the setup you may need to then login again with those new credentials
  16. No same subnet, so it would work but if you require the AP anyway then better to keep it like that, I am pretty sure it is the issue we're aware of. Connect the TV to 2.4 or 5GHz and phone to the other and it should work
  17. It's for the reasons above
  18. Thanks, I'm just checking in with Alex now
  19. Okay so please try this, you can use this method if you want to so you don't need to enable the AP but it's more so that I can confirm the issue is the same one we're looking into. If you enable guest WiFi and put the speakers on that and then have your phone on the main WiFi can you control them then?
  20. Can you provide more information about why you're unable to complete the wizard through the app?
  21. We are aware Ping Optimizer/Speed Test isn't 100% reliable at the moment and it's something the team are working on. Those features can still work, it just may not be every time. In the meantime best to adjust Congestion Control manually in Ping Optimizer > Advanced.
  22. Have you connected the R3 via ethernet to your existing vodafone router? Have you accessed the R3 interface in your web browser or DumaOS mobile app and completed the Setup Wizard? You will need to do this before you can get internet.
  23. Do all four speakers have to connect via the same WiFi SSID or do you connect them individually?
  24. Do experiment with the 5GHz width and channel as well as that should improve it
  25. Use speedtest.net on a wired PC and see what you get as the in built test depending on the servers it uses will show lower than normal and console speedtests even say themselves they're estimates
