  1. Have you rebooted the R3 or the modem?
  2. This is while connected to the R2? If so you'll need to do a factory reset, hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 4 minutes before accessing the interface and see if you can access
  3. Yes a complete firmware No our changes have already been done They should, I'm not sure if is always the case but they only test their side so we have to test anyway
  4. I'm sorry I can't provide an ETA any more, whenever I have given an ETA we've always gone past that date and that was always an accurate estimate based on the information I had at the time so I feel it would just cause more annoyance. The team are aware of all the issues and doubling down on trying to fix the most pressing issues as soon as possible. I have faith in the team executing timely fixes to the problems and rest assured as soon as a firmware is available it will be provided.
  5. Well when you have Steady Ping enabled and it's showing a game as prioritized are you seeing the ping go above the stabilized ping?
  6. Thanks a lot, I will pass them on!
  7. For disconnects the logs would be helpful, otherwise let us know how you get on!
  8. It's most likely an authentication server in that location - when you see it do you have another icon appear on the map within your radius?
  9. Exactly as above!
  10. The R3 doesn't have a bridge mode, do you mean on your ISP router? Access its interface and it'll be there somewhere. I couldn't say specifically where it would be as it differs between routers
  11. While connected via ethernet, disable WiFi radios entirely from the Advanced WiFi settings, reboot the router from the interface, wait 2 minutes, access, enable WiFi radios, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes then see if they appear and if it's more stable from then on.
  12. While connected to the router via a Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please.
  13. How have you setup QoS/Congestion Control as that could impact your speeds. I know the PC offline was expected when connected in that kind of way, I believe we did push a fix though, what modem/firmware version are you on?
  14. Thank you for that, I will pass it onto the team, if you close the app then re-open it does it appear then?
  15. If your ISP modem/router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R3 (found in Settings > WAN) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. Disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN on the R3 and enable remote support in Settings > Troubleshooting. Then post back here from a device connected to the R3 when you've done that and we'll attempt to connect to enable remote logging I think, that may help us catch why it is rebooting itself.
  16. I'll respond to you via email
  17. Thank you for this information, I have passed it onto the team to take a look at. In the meantime, in DHCP Settings, set the DHCP range to start at .50, then assign reserved IP addresses to devices between .2 & .49 so they're out of the DHCP range, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes and see if that stops the disconnects.
  18. Thank you for the information, I will pass it onto the team. If you don't have access just reboot to get access again, there isn't much we can get from that state
  19. Why did you have to factory reset 3 times? Have you disabled DHCP at all or set static/reserved IPs on the devices themselves?
  20. If the radius is covering the world then you'll be able to connect to all games so it'll connect you wherever. It does appear though as above that the server there is mislocated so resyncing the cloud as suggested may resolve that for you so you can reduce the radius again.
  21. No worries, most likely the above due to the Season 2 update, if you try again at different (non peak times) do you see the same issue still?
  22. I'm not sure how the Xbox is reading those speeds as the router ports are limited to 1Gbps! If you reboot the router do you get access again?
  23. Looks like you have a server outside the radius, is filtering mode enabled or did you change settings/enable filtering when you were already on the game?
  24. Both routers share the same cloud, so when changed it will apply to both. I know we've done a few cloud updates recently, if you resync the cloud do they appear correctly?
