  1. Could you be more specific on the issue please?
  2. As above but it is fixed in the next version which shouldn't be far off now
  3. I'm not sure if we've specifically tested the game or not but you should be able to see icons on the map when playing at the very least
  4. I responded in your other topic - no need to make multiple
  5. If you have the V2 it'll say V2 on the top right of the interface where it says the firmware version, as well as on the System Information page. The V2 also only has 1 firmware - 1.1.0.16 so if you're not on that you're not on the V2.
  6. Great to hear that, thanks for the update and solution!
  7. We don't allow it to work immediately like that for the very reason you've mentioned - we don't want to allow people to use it to end games etc. Once you've finished the game and the connection has been severed after around 2 minutes it will be blocked.
  8. We did do an update on the app recently so that'll be why, thanks for confirming!
  9. It makes sense, when you're online/playing single player it's only communicating with servers to determine that you own the game, for any updates etc but when you actually play online that's where you need a more constant back and forth so it's normal and not an issue. What is your ping as shown by the Geo-Filter and on the game?
  10. Still early on in testing so we'll have to see if it fixes the main issues but there have been a lot of changes so all round it should be more stable
  11. If you right click the page, then go to Inspect (Element), on the window that appears click on the Network tab. Then click the checkbox to disable cache. Then click and hold the browser refresh button, and click Empty Cache and Hard Reload or just click refresh if you don't have the option does it show the host then?
  12. I can't get it to save either actually so I'll need to report that to the team to look into. Are you able to have the Asus router handle the authentication with the R3 behind it in the meantime?
  13. If you're having an issue make a new topic and we can help you there
  14. It has AX WiFi but other than that not really, I wouldn't say it's worth the upgrade at the moment as the XR range won't be receiving any new feature updates
  15. You'd have to test the speed with the PS out of the DMZ first. What Tray means is that NAT Type 1 you can only achieve by connecting the PS directly to the modem, NAT Type 2 is for modem > router > PS but its still open
  16. It won't have the same issues once ported and will be a lot easier for us to make changes and make it more powerful
  17. Thanks, so looks like it pinged the first IP which was correct and then got put onto pinging the latter for some reason, it might be relaying you to that other server. Add it to your denied list and see if you get anymore like that
  18. I'll let Alex know, thanks!
  19. Good to hear, thanks for the update!
  20. They're both essentially the same, they had to replace the CPU I think due to supply chain issues but functionally no different
  21. Disable SmartBOOST fully from the icon > Settings on the page then test, what do you get?
  22. Glad to hear it's working now, the next firmware is a beefy one so will be all around more stable
  23. We haven't had many comments on the R2 beta for awhile - likely waiting for DumaOS 4
  24. DMZ option is definitely the easiest way! In the next version we have improvements to UPnP which should help
